I booked a room at this hotel online, only to arrive at midnight and be told they couldn't check me in. Despite confirming my reservation, they claimed they were fully booked and turned me away without any assistance finding alternative accommodation. The service provider there was very arrogant , Terrible service and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Avoid this place at all costs.

Rooms are not good, used bed sheets are provided, and water is so mud 🤢. See the room before checking in and then decide. Don't believe the photos provided by management in Google.

Completely Fraud, They will forcefully make u to pay extra apart from booking amout. Never ever visit this hotel. Also don't trust on any positive reviews on this hotel as they are putting some positive reviews by their own staffs & workers ID.

Pathetic staff behaviour during checkin.
They DO NOT accept the OYO bookings even if its prepaid and confirmed bookings.
They demand extra money if not given they throw you out of the property.

The owner should just close this hotel.
He doesn't know how to behave with the customers. Our experience was so bad I will never recommend this hotel even to my enemies!
They didn't let us check in because we booked online on the OYO app they were saying we don't take online bookings then why have they enlisted their hotel into the app?
Then we asked for a single room for a day that we would pay in cash right there because it was late at night and we needed a stay.
Even then they took the payment of 800 cash but still refused to let us check in
The owner and his wife were so rude
And the receptionist was so so bad

When we asked to get a refund
She said: "Kaha Kaha se ajate hai Jhopadpatti wale, Aukaad nahi hai rehne ka inko nikalo"
After hearing this my colleague got frustrated and started cussing.
It was the worst experience we've ever had.

Don't book rooms here through online. When you check In there they'll simply say all rooms are already even though we have paid and pre booked a room.

This is one of the few good hotel l stay in our of 7 different hotel on my holiday..the staff was very friendly and helpful.food was good .I stay there twice..I did not had any bad experience..I surly recommend it...

Nice hotel. The rooms are good. Breakfast is complimentary. Dinner is expensive. Instead go out and eat food outside from nearby place

Do not book room in this hotel. We were coming from manali and one autorikshaw driver dropped us in this hotel (they’ve tie up with auto drivers. They will trap people with less knowledge about the city). I have stayed in this hotel with my family and they said they will provide 24hrs room for and will provide a room for using toilet when we come back after some tour.

They will keep knocking the door and ask to checkout before the actual checkout time. And staff asked for extra 100 rupees for using their toilet for 5 minutes.

Don't book this hotel. Staff's behaviour is very bad. I booked for one night. Washroom was very dirty. Shower's button was broken. There was problem with electricity line and I got electric shock while using water in the washroom. Then I asked the staffs to fix it or change my room. But their behaviour was very bad. They didn't even change it or change the room. Then I left the hotel and book another hotel.

Rahul palace is the budget hotel. And facilities are sufficient if you consider the price. Staff is also polite.

Hotel is on a busy street. It is situated actually in a proper market so avoid taking your car there because you'll sure get heavy traffic and probably not get any parking.

Hotel is on a walking distance from the KAROL BAGH METRO STATION. If you don't want to walk then you can get e-rickshaw from the Metro Station. It will take merely ₹10.

Haven't tried the hotel food. There are plenty options available in the market.
