Had a very bad experience, a security sticker stuck to the bottom of my shoe and suddenly when exiting alarmed gone off and security guard chem my all belonging it was a very bad experience to go through.
Tips- it was a silvery shining sticker , that acts as a secondary security feature beside the magnetic pin

Mr. Sumit Paswan, the cashier executive on your counter was so damn sensible and customer centric. As he learnt that the battery on my phone was out and we were unable to share OTP, he went extra mile and checked best in his capacity to ensure that we get the discount as per membership without OTP. His this behaviour has ensured that we return back to this outlet for sure on our next shopping.
Staff behavior was not customer friendly. After coming back to Mango, a staff called out to another staff member - 'come back hai'. And they stopped showing or entertaining, I asked something about the clothing and no one responded, they made a group and started laughing.

Its a nice place to shop but i would really appreciate if they provide a seating place for customers and their accompanies
