Very bad experience. I have booked my room in TOWER 1 but last 3 months work was completely closed. After asking in office Mrs.Khushi Mam ( Sooooooo Khadus Baiiiiii...)behavir is very wrong. So rude lady.Please don't make the mistake I made by getting a room at Riverwood Park.

We are extremely happy that we got the best building n complex to stay in. All thanks to ashish and chirag for getting us here and then the man who took it ahead from there for us was Vamshi! Did a brilliant and patient job in sorting out our things and showed us our flats n amenities nicely. He also was instrumental in getting things done soon. Good job Vamshi. Increment and appraisals on the cards. However he said the building had full cosmo crowd. But 90% are all bohris. But overall he did a good job.

Helped with the process of registration and for payment flexibility. Most important being helped us get the unit of our choice. Have already recommended a friend to the project and will recommend others too.

Buying a house yourself can be sometime very stressful but because of Shrusti Hatode she made it very easy and comfortable for us. She was quick and answered all our queries with ease and confident. She was very responsive and flexible everytime when we had any queries or wanted to see the project. Very knowledgeable about the project which made it very easier for us.

Vamshi Ambati made an excellent presentation - audio and video presentations and showed us layouts of the property and sample flats. Even after six months of discussions Vamshi was responsive. He was persistent not pestering.

Would recommend prospective buyers to visit the site and meet Vamshi and consider flats in this project of Piramal Realty which has good view of Rani Baug on the west and the harbour on the east. And easy access to Byculla and Dockyard Road.

They need to improve their customer service drastically for new home buyer. I tried reaching them obe mail and contact no. But all in vain.. No one picks your call

Resident in this complex for last 20yrs feeling hopeless with false promises by the builder such as swimming pool club house, no play area for kids no benches for oldies roads are full with dust stinky garbage bags near blg 32to 37 and backside of atta flour mill roads are blocked for different celebrations which should be performed in the community hall causes high level of noise pollution security are just for namesake shifting to another peace full place 😌

Poor builders work. Don’t buy any property anywhere inside Riverwood park.

I have booked flat in april 2023,and given commitment for possession in dec 2023.and now they are extending June -july2024 .even there customer service support is also very bad and always they change there sales team so that there would be no interactions 😕.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the apparent delay in the Riverwood Project (Tower 5). My previous communication in June 2023 with Sales team led us to believe that possession was anticipated by December 2023.
However, upon recent inquiry, we were informed that the possession has been further extended to July 2024. This extension of almost one year from the initial agreement date of 30 June 2023 raises significant concerns for us as homeowners.

I am impressed with Ms Nidhi Jaisawal and Mr Tushar Sharma for their helpful and proactive actions. Because of Ms Nidhi the deal was materialised, later on Mr Tushar take it forward and help me a lot by providing all the doments promptly to my Banker. My Banker is also very happy with him.

I lived in this property for a couple of years!! Half of the flats are empty so you should confidently bargain with the landlord, this doesn't deserve 35K rent for a 3BHK, this property is in the middle of nowhere. You will find better property in Narsingi or in the financial district itself for the same rent!! Also all landlords are frustrated because of low rental yields so be mindful and negotiate every granular detail in your lease agreement!! I was duped by my landlord for 15K in the name of maintenance!! Trust me it is true with all the other landlords in this gated community too!!
