Our family stay from 9 to 11 ; we occupied rooms 375 and 353 , our expectations were shattered...there is no greeting at the hotel...the personal of hotel does not say hello, they do not offer any water...us welcome …we were off the road and tired...the room was not prepared. We asked to make restaurant reservations with the concierge, he simply gave us a cart of the restaurant, did not offer to make a reservation, did not explain where to go... just silently gave us a cardboard card of the restaurant…bad poor service

hotel needs cosmetic repairs, the antique furniture is dusty, there are scratches and scuffs everywhere...the furniture is filled with dust, we saw several insects in the room...like small cockroaches, this is absolutely unacceptable for a room on the costs 4.000 euros per night, also the staff is absolutely untrained, they lost our Laudri, the concierge recommended seafood restaurants to us for two days in a row, although we asked to recommend classic Italian cuisine, pasta and pizza... a complete disappointment, we will not return here again
A parte qualche disguido iniziale sull’upgrade e lo stato della camera, il personale, il servizio e la colazione sono stati ottimi. In particolare, il personale della sala colazione e la varietà della stessa.
Anche il management molto attento alle esigenze individuali.
L’hotel necessita di una rinfrescata, ma essendo un palazzo storico su Via Veneto ci vorrà certamente del tempo.
Stunning property right along the river! A great location with everything within walking distance! The rooms are beautiful, service exceptional. A shout out and thank you to Anna who absolutely went above and beyond not only to tell us about the property but to give us some history on our surname in Florence and surrounds. She gave us hints and tips as to where to go! Absolutely loved our stay and only wish it’d been longer!
Die Terrasse ist zweifelsohne eine der schönsten in Venedig. Der Service ist wahnsinnig arrogant und eigentlich hätten wir, wie viele andere Gäste, direkt aufstehen sollen, nachdem wir in die Karte geschaut haben.

Für eine Cola und 2 Latte in Summe 32€ zu verlangen, ist frech und leider nicht gerechtfertigt. Als uns neben dem schlafenden Kind im Kinderwagen ein Glas zu Boden fiel, guckten zwar alle, es fragte aber niemand, ob alles okay sei oder wischte mal etwas weg.

Wir sind häufig in Restaurants und Bars der gehobenen Preisklasse unterwegs, aber diese Preise habe ich echt noch nie gesehen! Kein alkoholisches Getränk UNTER 27€.
We thoroughly enjoyed two nights in this beautiful hotel. The staff were so welcoming and our dog thoroughly enjoyed the fuss that was made of her throughout our stay. Our room was stunning and so comfortable, with an enormous bed, decent soundproofing and environmentally friendly toiletries. We overlooked the river, with a beautiful skyline and parkland beyond. The breakfast was great, with very attentive service. I celebrated a birthday during my stay and was gifted some delicious chocolates and a birthday card. Evening drinks in the bar area were wonderful, with generous nibbles. From the moment we arrived to the moment of departure the staff couldn't have worked harder to make our stay special. Thank you for this wonderful stay in Florence.
Went to go eat at the rooftop at this hotel. Service at the restaurant was amazing. Food was delicious, hotel was beautiful. The only bad thing I have to say about this hotel is a black male that works by the reception complained because we were at the lobby. Even though we had already gotten permission to be there by the front desk.
Tutto bellissimo. Solo durante gli eventi come le gare di ballo o i convegni dovrebbe essere possibile prendere da bere o far colazione al bar, ovviamente non sala colazione, senza dover recarsi all'esterno coi vestiti da ballo . Come in tutti in grande hotel dove balliamo . E non carino entrare dal reto anche se concepibile x il chek in degli ospiti. Splendido comunque. Impagabile
Fantastic location my husband and I are able to walk to all of the major sites you would want to see in Rome. I'd like to start with the staff everyone was not only kind but so genuine in making sure our experience was nothing short of spectacular! The roof top bar has a wonderful view of the city. They have a great drink selection and they serve little snacks to have with your drink. The restaurant in the hotel itself is an experience the chef takes you on a delightful culinary journey everything from the pace of the meal, to the wines that were served, to the chefs tasting menu blew us away (do not miss dining at this restaurant it started off our visit with a bang) the location of the hotel is phenomenal as I stated before we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The room was spacious, well designed, and comfortable. For me personally the bed was firm. The daily cleaning and turn down was such a lovely touch. We will most definitely be back to visit and would stay at the Pantheon again!
My co-workers from NY, GA, and Texas had lunch here for our guided tour of Florence. Incredible service and beautiful setting! You won’t wait long for anything here. The food was very good and surprisingly filling. Other than lunch, we were able to sneak a peek of some of the ballrooms but mostly viewed The St.Regis architectural elements. The location is great, it’s right there by the river. If I were to go back to Florence I would definitely stay here to get the full experience.
Stayed here for 3 days and it was fantastic. Breakfast was included and was simply superb. The best part was the service which was impeccable. Rooms were very nice too. I would definitely come back. It was quite foggy in February when we went so couldn’t see too much of the view but I’m sure other times it’s beautiful. The water taxi dropped us off at a private entrance which was amazing too. The only thing is that our room faced the docks where lots of tourists come so at night it got a bit noisy. Besides that it was still a fantastic experience.
Great location, nice rooms, and decent breakfast. Service is very good. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge was great to speak to and felt welcomed. I would stay here again.

On the flip side… Our room was facing the lagoon so it was pretty noisy at night. So keep that in mind if you get the lagoon facing room. The night service showed up the first night, didn’t show up the second night, and we had to call the third night. So not sure how that works and was a bit confusing.
This review is only for the service in the main tea room. We had called previously to make a reservation and they said they would not make a reservation for tea for our group of 8. We split up and arrived with a small group of 4 to be told we could not be seated in a nearly empty room, that without a reservation they could not serve tea, and that we must order food if we were seated, and that we were not allowed to get up to go speak to our other friends who were seated 2 tables away from us. We were finally grudgingly seated and ordered food and other drinks, but service was terrible. When a nearby customer asked to take photos of our group ( we were dressed up with hats and nice clothes for the occasion) they said that wasn't permitted either. All in all the hotel staff were dismissive, rude, unhelpful, and clearly irritated by our presence, this was during the height of carnival on a quiet Saturday afternoon. The tea room was mostly empty. We had been excited to have tea in the beautiful hotel but this experience made it awful and we will not return.
Die Aussicht ist wirklich einmalig! ABER bei 9€ für Espresso, 27€ für Aperol und 22€ (!) für Vanilleeis einfach nicht wert.
Ein Zwischenstopp auf der Terrasse des Gritti ist immer wieder etwas besonderes bei einem Bummel durch Venedig. Man sitzt am Canal Grande und kann den Trubel auf dem Wasser beobachten.
Kamers zijn de grootste in Rome aan een faire prijs en redelijk beteugeld maar wel gedateerd. Waarom maar 2 sterren ? Personeel is vreselijk !!! In het ontbijt is met 4 een babbel voeten belangrijker dan de klant te bedienen. Het kamer personeel roept vanaf 8 uur door de gangen gasten of niet. Als aan de receptie iets vraagt lijkt men geen Engels te verstaan, doet niet de minste moeite en je vraag blijft onbeantwoord.
Wat een heerlijk hotel. Naast de looks die het hotel heeft met het moderne design voel je je er ook direct welkom en thuis. Vriendelijk personeel, super fijne ligging. Kamer was niet heel groot maar van echt alles voorzien. Luxe doucheproducten, koffiesysteem en heerlijk bed! Heeft mijn verblijf aan Rome nu al een extra plus gegeven en zal de volgende keer zo weer dit hotel gaan zonder daar over te moeten nadenken.
