Its a fraud. i had booked tickets before pandemic. Due to pandemic flights got cancelled. till date i have not been able to get refund nor book tickets online. they say there is some issue with website. everytime they say they will send mail within 234 hours but till date i have not received any mail inspite of doing more than 30 calls

I wish I could give zero stars!! Purchased tickets and canceled directly thru the airlines website within 24 hours. The ticket amount was refunded to the Rehlat. I've contacted Rehlat multiple times to inquire about my refund and nothing. I will never use them again!!!

Rehlat is a scam !!!!!!
We had booked a hotel in Marrakech and got it confirmed. When we arrived at the hotel, there was no longer a reservation. The booking was cancelled. However, we had neither cancelled nor received a refund. Many emails followed until today. According to Rehlat, it was a technical error and the refund should be made within 48 hours. Then they said it would take 10-12 days for the refund to arrive. I kept getting the same generic emails. Do not book under any circumstances. The company is 100% fraud!!! It is a mystery to me that they still exist today and are not behind bars.

Avoid at all cost!! Made and prepaid two hotel reservations only to find them cancelled when I arrived at the property. Been in countless contacts with customer service who give the same copy paste answers. It has now been several months!!

I had tried my Air India ticket as below with Rehlat and due to some reason had to cancelled the same under Cancellation for BID 1972562 COM / 14 Jul 2023 / Air India. and as per their mail, they promise me to refund my eligible money after deducting almost 76% of the ticket value from K.D 60/- after 60 working days. But even after so many month i have still not got any refund from them... They are really BAD service providers. Please avoid any buying of tickets thru them..

Wish I had seen these reviews before booking a hotel in KL, arrived at hotel reception found booking but no payment had been made from Rehlat. Eventually on checkout had to pay again for the room. Emailed 'customer service' if you can call it that, always the same copy and paste response. Call them and they are again very scripted. Getting absolutely nowhere with a refund, will try and get a refund with my bank instead.

This is the worst attitude I had to experience as a custommer. I have booked 2 hotel rooms and cancelled my bookings straight away (RGL1407050 and RGL1252683). Despite their acknowledgement of the cancellations (by email), and thei promises that I'll get the refund withing 14 days, we are now 1 year later and I am still waiting for my refunds. I have been calling them and emailing numerous times, and either they don't reply at all, or are sending the same copy/paste message saying that they have forwarded my request to their financial department and I should expect a reply within 3-4 days. But I get nothing. It is infuriating not to have any news and being lied again and again.

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY - They are a SCAM based in Lamassol, Cyprus. We have had to claim back through MASTERCARD for a cancelled hotel booking. We paid them in May 2023, they took the payment and cancelled the booking the day before we arrived in Vancouver from Scotland in October !! - We had to pay for the hotel again and got endless e-mails apologising for cancelling the booking (which they admitted) but refund was never coming. I think they hope that if they cancel enough bookings a percentage of people will just write it off and this is how these thieves make their money. DO NOT USE THEM - THEY ARE THIEVES AND WHY THEY HAVEN'T BEEN ARRESTED AND PUT IN PRISON IS SIMPLY INCREDIBLE !!!
