Just as an update: the tower cannot be visited. As per the security: depends on the government.
From the outside it looks great.

The security was standing in front of foreign affairs office vas very very bad. He don’t know how to behave and respect people. He was laughing at me while i ask for stamp. When i asked him “why you are laughing”, he got angry and saying bad words. I shout back to him also.
I do respect government and kuwait. Walla ladeem that’s why I didn’t hit him on the spot. He make me crazy to do that extend. He is simply spoiling your image.
