I had a very pleasant experience. My therapist was very sweet. But you do need to book way in advance I booked 4 days earlier and they had 1-2 tone slots per day. It is pricy but it is to be expected.

I saw this spa online and it had good reviews so I decided go book. It was amazing! I got the 30 min hammam + 60 min massage for couples. We arrived a few minutes before our appointment time and were immediately given a comfortable place to sit and offered some hot tea. The desk agent confirmed with me multiple times to make sure everything was correct. After, we were taken back to change and the entire place was quiet and smelled good. I have been to 4 hammams in Morocco and this was by far the best one. The hammam was great and it was the first time that I had a person who spoke good enough English to easily communicate. I was really grateful for that as it made the process easier. The hammam staff were constantly asking if we were okay and if the water was a good temperature. It was a very relaxing experience and the room wasn't too hot. After, we were taken to change into our robes and get our massages. We chose the Thai massage with oils + stretching at the end as recommended by the desk agent. It was extremely peaceful and we almost fell asleep! The pressure was great and they cracked our backs so well! We feel so relieved after. It was truly a romantic and peaceful experience. Mor Thai knows how to do a spa day the right way. Thank you all for an amazing experience on my last day in Morocco. When I return, I will definitely be booking here again and recommending to my friends!

Je suis en vacances avec mes deux enfants je voulais clôturer mon séjour en leur offrant un cocktail. Au départ nous étions en tenu de ville short pour mon fils et basket , ma fille idem et moi pantalon colore et tee shirt . la personne de rentrer a refuser de nous faire rentrer car notre tenu n était pas acceptable . Donc nous lui avons dit que nous partions nous changer afin de revenir Nous sommes revenu 1/2 heure après, mon fils avait un pantalon et tee shirt et birkenstoch , ma fille robe longue et moi même en robe . De nouveau il a refusé que nous rentrions ,nous n'avons pas reçu le traitement qu'un client mérite . Deux personne étaient rentrés avant avec des birkenstock . il juge au faciès . Nous sommes Français , bordelais C est humiliant

Mauvais service client 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 A éviter . il est préférable d aller dans un petit bar plus petit avec un accueil digne de ce nom .me thebaut

Assolutamente sopravvalutato per il prezzo che ha! Lo spazio è sciatto e poco curato. Siamo arrivati alle 18, in giro per l’hamman asciugamani usati da precedenti ospiti e bottigliette di plastica dell’acqua vuote abbandonata qua e lâ, persino nel bagno turco. Il day bed dell’area relax ha la pelle bordeaux tutta lisa. Orribile! Il relax consentito tra l’hamman e il masssaggio è di pochi minuti, neppure il tempo di bere il tè e ti vengono a prendere. Dopo il massaggio di riportano nello spogliatoio senza permetterti di ripassare nell’area relax. Rispetto all’Hamman di altri hotel di lusso tipo La Sultana, non c’è paragone. Una delusione.

I tried this hammam and I can tell that it was a fantastic experience! The traditional hammam is something that you have to try if you come in Marrakech, the staff is lovely in particular I can say thank you to Saan, she takes me into a wonderful marraochian atmosphere and also to Hasna for the lovely massage. Everything was lovely, I completely suggest this hammam in Marrakech. Valentina

They were very prompt to reply to my booking request, super friendly and professional - I thoroughly enjoyed an amazing 2.5 hour pampering session today. I went on my own and wasn't sure what to expect, but felt comfortable and safe. They had limited English, but enough to explain what was necessary and I came out looking, feeling and smelling fabulous.

Siham provided an exceptional massage experience that left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Her skillful techniques and attentive approach created an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. I highly recommend this lovely place.

Our first experience with hammams and spas ... an incredible experience and great services ... very smiling and nice ladies who willingly explain everything ... thank you, we recommend and we will definitely come back ... PS we came from the street without a reservation to try to see if it was free and immediately tried to find a solution willingly … thank you very much

Unfortunately, I had higher expectations for such a high price.
When we arrived at the spa pool, there was a very loud shouting from two therapists. Since I don’t speak Arabic, I don’t know if they were fighting or laughing, but a manager had to go in and “escort” both of them out as they continued discussing. Not a good first impression.

The second thing was the massive language barrier. I was asked my name about 3 times and what I was booked for (if it was Hammam or massage) even though I made the booking 2 months in advance.

I don’t expect all staff to speak English fluently, but at least a few, so they can be correctly assigned to the international guests. That’s the minimum requirement for high-end hotels like this.

My therapist Latifa was lovely and welcoming and tried to communicate in French but didn’t help. She was asking me something several times, nodding her head “yes” expecting a confirmation from me but I was scared of agreeing with something I didn’t know and ending up paying extra…

As for the Hammam, it was everything as described; high quality products, very relaxing and each step was conducted correctly and with good timing. However, I found the hair washing very aggressive which resulted in both my earrings coming off and losing the safety pin (that was not retrieved).

If it wasn’t for the language barrier my therapist would have informed me prior to remove all jewellery, but it was not done.

I also felt quite lost with the directions for the Hammam and I’d “jump scare” as soon as I started to relax and dose off. The changing of the positions was too quick.

On our way out, we asked one of the staff members if we could have a drink at the bar, to which they sharply replied “no”.

I understand bookings are required at times, but it would be nice to at least offer us a second option or booking time and not just a sharp answer that felt more like an “expulsion” from the premises.

Very nice spa and perfect Hamam followed by a fantastic 1 hour full body massage.
An oasis of peace and quiet in a noisy busy city … the staff also most kind and making sure we were happy and comfortable

My wife and I had a great couples holistic massage. We wanted to do romance package but my wife was pregnant so they were able to do prenatal massage instead! Nadia and Mecca were absolutely great masseuses. They made sure you were comfortable every time and did not rush you. They were so kind. Harjeelah the front desk receptionist was also very organized and kind! I highly recommend this place

My husband and I had the romantic 3 hour traditional Hammam, It was absolutely amazing! The treatments where well planned and spaced. The facilities where clean and welcoming. WE both feel asleep during our massages which never happens!!! Great team, skin still feels amazing.

We had a great time, the staff was amazing and the hamam and the Massage were excellent. It was our first time and we really enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend the couple treatment.

Great first time hammam experience with lovely ladies that made us feel super comfortable and relaxed. The place was clean and tailored to tourists. The massages were too much on the softer side despite specifying we want hard pressure.

Me and my boyfriend did a duo hammam and massage. Senna who did the Hammam was very professional and did a very good job soaping and scrubbing us. I am certain she was able to remove all the dead skin on me and my boyfriend ;). Next on we got a bottle of water and continued with the massage. My massage was done by Laila. I guess that she is the manager of the Spa, as we also saw her name on the door in the changing room. She did such a terrific job! I won’t lie if I tell you this was the best massage I ever had! The masseuse my boyfriend had did also an amazing job. Totally relaxed we got into a room where we could sit and relax a bit more while sipping Moroccan tea. I would totally recommend this place!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! Avoid.

We were very much looking forward to this spa experience - booked Royal treatment to get what we thought would be the best of it. And it was one of worst experiences I had. The spa itself feels tired, not luxurious and with dirty spots on the wall, the hamam space feels small, the service is rushed and not pampering at all. The massage was a huge disappointment too - the technique was wrong - either painful or super light - face massage left my face feeling discomfort. Far from being relaxing. I wanted to stop it.
At the end I got a gift - a WET glove which was used to wash me in a nylon bag so I had to walk with it in my hand as I could not put it in the bag. How luxurious!
We paid 500 euros for what is THE WORST spa experience I had. I am surprised how bad it was vs what you can expect from award-wining hotel and feel RIPPED OFF!!

Warm welcome and very attentive staff. Special thanks to Khadija who explained us all the treatments and my hammam lady (I do not remember the name)during the traditional hammam - smiling, kind and very friendly.

Très déçu . Pour 500€ dépensé pour 2 personnes, hammam gommage et massage je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux.
Le hammam est petit , sans grand intérêt , la salle où l’on se fait gommer : pareil. Ça pourrait être dans n’importe quel autre Hammam de Marrakech .
Les femmes qui s’occupent de vous parlent entre elles à voix haute , difficile donc de se relaxer … le massage par contre était super . Mais honnêtement beaucoup beaucoup trop cher pour le service proposé . N’y allez pas faites moi confiance vous trouverez mieux ailleurs et surtout moins cher

Devo dire che ho fatto la scelta giusta. Mi sono presentata senza appuntamento e la ragazza mi ha riferito che in 40 min sarebbe stato possibile. Mi hanno fatto attendere nella saletta offrendomi un the marocchino.

Il luogo è guidato da persone molto cordiali e sorridenti. Ho fatto un hammam accompagnato da un massaggio thailandese. Combinazione perfetta!! La signora dell’ hammam è stata veramente eccezionale, mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio e con passione mi ha accuratamente lavata. Al termine mi ha accompagnata in sala massaggio dove sono stata accolta da una signora tailandese. Il massaggio è stato buono, avevo chiesto strong e mi ha soddisfatta al 90% . La massaggiatrice mi ha sempre coperto ogni angolo del corpo e non ho mai sentito freddo.
Il centro molto pulito, ti puoi sentire sempre accompagnata ( ti mettono e tolgono l’accappatoio, accendono le luci del bagno, aprono le porte, chiamano l’ascensore.. di una certa classe).
All’inizio dell’ hammam e prima del massaggio le ragazze hanno sempre chiesto se volessi andare in bagno per svuotare la vescica, l’ho ritenuto molto importante ed accuratamente professionale.

Unico aspetto negativo è che duramente il massaggio non c’era sempre silenzio perché c’erano dei lavori nella stanza affianco e per tre momenti ho sentito un trapano ( disturbo minuscolo, ma non rilassante).
Piccoli intoppi con il pagamento in quanto il pos dava problemi, ma tendando per tre volte ha funzionato.
I prezzi sono buoni, è una spa di classe.

Heritage is the perfect word for this spa. It's a very old setting located in a hidden alleyway. I booked for the hammam and massage. On arrival, I was first asked to choose my preferred oil fragrance, then taken up some steep stairs to the changing room, lockers are provided with bath robe, slippers etc. You are then whisked up another flight of steps to the hammam, the hammam was very old and didn't look very clean, the lady was very attentive and friendly, she did a great job but it was extremely slippy and quite dangerous when asked to turn and to stand up. The use of towels would have helped. I was then taken to a room to relax and provided tea with snacks. After 20 mins, I was guided back down the steep staircases through reception to the massage room. The massage was really good. Following the massage, you go back up the stairs to change. Personally I wouldn't go back as it isn't a setting I would call relaxing but it is traditional if that ls what you want to experience.

Highlight of my trip!! I was self conscious about being completely naked with only disposable undies on but the ladies made me feel comfortable. I booked the romance package for 2 with my partner and it started off by us selecting the oils we wanted to be used. Then we shared the hammam together then went to a room to cool down that had yummy tea and cookies. After we went to get separate massages which I think I fell asleep during a part of it because it was so relaxing!! All of items were safely locked away with a key my partner kept with him the entire time. I’ve never had my skin scrubbed so well! Highly recommend :)

A lovely experience! We had a very relaxing experience. Not the best hammam ever but still okey, the massage was relaxing and they gave us the option to pick which oil we wanted to be massaged with which was lovely!

The staff members were nice and made sure we were ok at all times.

The hammam rooms are quite small and cramped but besides that it was okey.

They gave us tea and biscuits in between treatments which was nice. We did not feel rushed and overall very pleasant.

Hotel somptueux et prestations de qualité. Pour avoir fait un massage au Royal Mamsour hier et un à la Mamounia aujourd’hui j’ai une préférence pour le RM pour la “contemporanité” du lieu. Le spa est mieux pensé et plus méticuleux. Les cabines sont bien plus spacieuses et mieux équipées. Un petit bémol pour ma thérapeute qui a manqué de délicatesse et de douceur dans ses gestes. (On pose la bouteille d’huile doucement Mme pour pas que me réveiller , et si possible ailleurs qu’entre mes jambes. On enleve la serviette lentement et pas brusquement aussi 😉)
Le spa est très beau bien sûr mais assez vieux et ça commence à se voir.
Pour le même prix et la même gamme préférez le Royal Mansour.
