Je recommande cet endroit, nous y sommes retournés deux fois en formule duo hammam+gommage et massage pour moins de 100€.
Le hammam+gommage etait vraiment top, et le massage avec les doigts de fées de Hannan et Iman c'est vraiment relaxant. Détente assurée !!!
Le petit plus à la fin une tasse de thé à la menthe offert 👌
C'est vraiment un endroit magique 🤩🤩

I saw this spa online and it had good reviews so I decided go book. It was amazing! I got the 30 min hammam + 60 min massage for couples. We arrived a few minutes before our appointment time and were immediately given a comfortable place to sit and offered some hot tea. The desk agent confirmed with me multiple times to make sure everything was correct. After, we were taken back to change and the entire place was quiet and smelled good. I have been to 4 hammams in Morocco and this was by far the best one. The hammam was great and it was the first time that I had a person who spoke good enough English to easily communicate. I was really grateful for that as it made the process easier. The hammam staff were constantly asking if we were okay and if the water was a good temperature. It was a very relaxing experience and the room wasn't too hot. After, we were taken to change into our robes and get our massages. We chose the Thai massage with oils + stretching at the end as recommended by the desk agent. It was extremely peaceful and we almost fell asleep! The pressure was great and they cracked our backs so well! We feel so relieved after. It was truly a romantic and peaceful experience. Mor Thai knows how to do a spa day the right way. Thank you all for an amazing experience on my last day in Morocco. When I return, I will definitely be booking here again and recommending to my friends!

What an incredible experience!! I’ve been to this airport several times and this is the first and most definitely not the last time that I will stop to enjoy this wonderful experience with Meriem and Sanae…. The most memorable head, shoulder and back massage… I must not forget to make my flight that’s how relaxed I feel!!!

The service at this spar is ace. Sahar touria yassin and nezha were great hosts. We had a hand massage and were pampered with all sorts of creams. Must stop by here and relax before boarding

J'ai eu le plaisir de profiter d'une séance de massage à Marrakech et je dois dire que l'expérience a été exceptionnelle. Les masseuses étaient très professionnelles et incroyablement gentilles. Khadija and everyone else catered to us so well. They took care of us and aided us in relaxing so well just before our flight. She was helpful with also checking our flight for us!!! The ladies performed a brilliant massage, neck massage and head massage. We boarded our flight feeling fresh and rejuvenated. People please for a brilliant price, brilliant service, and relaxing moment before you board your flight do this by all means!!!!!!!!! We’ve never felt treated so well and have never relaxed before a flight like this before. Thank you Khadija and the rest of the lovely ladies who helped. I had a massage today by Ranya, Salam & rim it was the most relaxing massage I have ever had. The right pressure the whole time and the girls were so lovely I would 100% recommend this massage to anyone.

Merveilleux spa. J'ai fait l'épilation des demi jambes avec Hanan, je n'ai jamais eu une épilation aussi douce et indolore. J'ai ensuite fait un hammam (gommage, enveloppement à l'argile...) puis un massage d'une demi heure (je n'ai pas les noms des personnes qui me l'ont fait mais elles étaient toutes super !). J'ai passé un excellent moment. L'endroit est calme, joli et propre. L'accueil est parfait.

My wife and I had a great couples holistic massage. We wanted to do romance package but my wife was pregnant so they were able to do prenatal massage instead! Nadia and Mecca were absolutely great masseuses. They made sure you were comfortable every time and did not rush you. They were so kind. Harjeelah the front desk receptionist was also very organized and kind! I highly recommend this place

Nous avons passé un moment magique!

Au détour du tumulte de la Médina vous trouverez ce grand spa très intimiste.
L’accueil d’Abdou était super, nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l’aise.
Nous avons fait un Hammam avec gommage et enveloppement avec Asna et Mejda qui étaient très douces et professionnelles.
Nous avons ensuite terminé sur un message, honnêtement le meilleur de ma vie alors merci à Hanan !

Bref je vous recommande vraiment à 100% cet établissement, vous êtes sûr de la qualité et de passer un bon moment

I was greeted by Ismail at the quick spa. His enthusiasm was contagious and very welcoming!!! I ended up having a back, hand, and head massage by Sahar and Kawtar - needless to say, they were AMAZING!!! I will definitely stop by again next time I’m in Morocco!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!

J'ai passé un super moment. Ils ont été très accommodants en me trouvant un créneau dans la journée, et j'ai vraiment apprécié la petite attention avec le thé et la bouteille d'eau après le massage.

Un grand merci à Zagora pour son massage exceptionnel, c'était vraiment relaxant et revigorant. Je tiens également à remercier toute l'équipe pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. My husband and I had the romantic 3 hour traditional Hammam, It was absolutely amazing! The treatments where well planned and spaced. The facilities where clean and welcoming. WE both feel asleep during our massages which never happens!!! Great team, skin still feels amazing.

Great first time hammam experience with lovely ladies that made us feel super comfortable and relaxed. The place was clean and tailored to tourists. The massages were too much on the softer side despite specifying we want hard pressure.

Au départ ça partait bien... L'idée entre amis d'un spa afin de passer un bon moment. On cale les créneaux avec WhatsApp super facile. On gère les soins ..: massage, hamman, combinés etc. Point positif!

La 1ere partie hamman : produits et gestes de bonne qualité. Rituel respecté point positif !

Et là catastrophe arrive la 2ème partie.
En compagnie de mon binôme, nous rentrons dans la cabine de massage.
Une tension se fait sentir : le peignoir du fils des amis ôté à la hâte sans ménagement par la masseuse.

Pour ma part je m'installe seule et débute le massage.. enfin le pétrissage fait avec colère ...
Bref à mi-chemin j'interromps la masseuse lui demandant si tout va bien et si elle peut être un peu cool car c'est un moment désagréable quelle me fait vivre.

Barrière de la langue ou pas, la suite, elle fait mine de ne pas comprendre mais modère ses gestes agressifs. Et je ressentirai sa colèredurant les 30minutes. Elle quittera la cabine. Énervée mais pas autant que moi!

Bilan :
moment payé mais totalement raté par des soucis de colère ou de problème autre.

Je suis allée à la rencontre du responsable a qui j'ai posément expliqué ma situation.

Ce dernier voulait m'offrir une demi heure de massage du dos ... J'apprécie le geste mais concrètement quand on passe un moment aussi catastrophique je n'avais juqte qu'une envie : quitter les lieux le plus rapidement possible.
...alors qu'importe le pourquoi de l'énervement ou de la colère, car la finalité est inacceptable et intolérable ZERO détente pour moi mais 370dirhams pour l'établissement.
Je ne garderai pas un joli souvenir de cet établissement et si je devais revenir ce n'est absolument pas là que je viendrai.

Un moment magique dans ce spa où nous avons été très bien reçues. Tout était propre, bien décoré. Le massage était génial, et l’ambiance détente. De plus, ce n’est pas excessivement cher et très bien placé. Je recommande !

Devo dire che ho fatto la scelta giusta. Mi sono presentata senza appuntamento e la ragazza mi ha riferito che in 40 min sarebbe stato possibile. Mi hanno fatto attendere nella saletta offrendomi un the marocchino.

Il luogo è guidato da persone molto cordiali e sorridenti. Ho fatto un hammam accompagnato da un massaggio thailandese. Combinazione perfetta!! La signora dell’ hammam è stata veramente eccezionale, mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio e con passione mi ha accuratamente lavata. Al termine mi ha accompagnata in sala massaggio dove sono stata accolta da una signora tailandese. Il massaggio è stato buono, avevo chiesto strong e mi ha soddisfatta al 90% . La massaggiatrice mi ha sempre coperto ogni angolo del corpo e non ho mai sentito freddo.
Il centro molto pulito, ti puoi sentire sempre accompagnata ( ti mettono e tolgono l’accappatoio, accendono le luci del bagno, aprono le porte, chiamano l’ascensore.. di una certa classe).
All’inizio dell’ hammam e prima del massaggio le ragazze hanno sempre chiesto se volessi andare in bagno per svuotare la vescica, l’ho ritenuto molto importante ed accuratamente professionale.

Unico aspetto negativo è che duramente il massaggio non c’era sempre silenzio perché c’erano dei lavori nella stanza affianco e per tre momenti ho sentito un trapano ( disturbo minuscolo, ma non rilassante).
Piccoli intoppi con il pagamento in quanto il pos dava problemi, ma tendando per tre volte ha funzionato.
I prezzi sono buoni, è una spa di classe.

Heritage is the perfect word for this spa. It's a very old setting located in a hidden alleyway. I booked for the hammam and massage. On arrival, I was first asked to choose my preferred oil fragrance, then taken up some steep stairs to the changing room, lockers are provided with bath robe, slippers etc. You are then whisked up another flight of steps to the hammam, the hammam was very old and didn't look very clean, the lady was very attentive and friendly, she did a great job but it was extremely slippy and quite dangerous when asked to turn and to stand up. The use of towels would have helped. I was then taken to a room to relax and provided tea with snacks. After 20 mins, I was guided back down the steep staircases through reception to the massage room. The massage was really good. Following the massage, you go back up the stairs to change. Personally I wouldn't go back as it isn't a setting I would call relaxing but it is traditional if that ls what you want to experience.

Highlight of my trip!! I was self conscious about being completely naked with only disposable undies on but the ladies made me feel comfortable. I booked the romance package for 2 with my partner and it started off by us selecting the oils we wanted to be used. Then we shared the hammam together then went to a room to cool down that had yummy tea and cookies. After we went to get separate massages which I think I fell asleep during a part of it because it was so relaxing!! All of items were safely locked away with a key my partner kept with him the entire time. I’ve never had my skin scrubbed so well! Highly recommend :)

A lovely experience! We had a very relaxing experience. Not the best hammam ever but still okey, the massage was relaxing and they gave us the option to pick which oil we wanted to be massaged with which was lovely!

The staff members were nice and made sure we were ok at all times.

The hammam rooms are quite small and cramped but besides that it was okey.

They gave us tea and biscuits in between treatments which was nice. We did not feel rushed and overall very pleasant.
