Beautiful unfortunately it’s not open all hours. I understand they have to close during prayer times. There needs to be some sort of order and times stating when you can view the mosque. It would be good if they had capes/jilbabs for women to cover their head, shoulders and legs.
We walked over and got tickets for the 1100a tour. Purchase your ticket. Wait outside. You will then walk over to the mosque /being lead by the guide.

Once you get to the mosque, you'll take off your shoes and find the sign with your preferred language. Feel free to explore a little during this time. The tour guide will approach the group and your tour will begin.

The building is beautiful. Learning about the materials and the day to day operation was interesting. It's a very sophisticated building with a lot of advancements.
I came all the way from Japan to visit Morocco's world-famous Hassan II Mosque.
It's so beautiful it takes your breath away.
It's an otherworldly beauty.
The second tallest minaret in the world stands tall as if reaching into the blue sky of Casablanca.
It has beige exterior walls and emerald green decorations... but it's so beautiful...
My photos don't do it justice.
The grounds are very large, so be careful not to get lost.

The Atlantic Ocean and the mosque.
This is the only place in the world where you can experience such a rare contrast.
Please visit.
Pre-booked a tour which was very good providing alot of information about the mosque and it's construction. It's a magnificent building, must be the No 1 tourist attraction in Casablanca. The prayer hall is 200m long and 100m wide, with it's French chandeliers, Marble floors, Cedar wood ceiling and Gypsum decoration it's a striking site and the only working mosque you can visit in Morocco as a Non Muslim. The Cedar wood ceiling built into a steel frame can be opened to let in air and sunshine. The photo I've included of this is a stock photo. The tour also takes you below to the wash rooms where the ritual of washing was explained to us.
Amazing mosque, the largest in Morocco and one of the largest in the world. We arrived too late to get tickets for a tour but this is really impressive. It’s a landmark across Casablanca. There is a waterfront park that’s also great for walking.
A master piece build on the majestic land of Casablanca, Morocco. The one of a kind magnificent mosque just makes the Atlantic even more beautiful. A great and humbling experience praying in the mosque and meditating. A place to connect with your self and manifest peace!
Beautiful Mosque. We took a tour through the Mosque w/ lots of helpful information about the Muslim faith. He explained about removal of shoes, facing east, kneeling and prayer practices, men on one floor, women on another. The outside plaza was HUGE & beautiful. We were kind of rushed out due to Ramadan. Lots of people waiting and we needed to be out before their next prayer time.
