There were two different agents at the cruise port selling tickets. When I asked about the differences they said they were two different companies but they work together so we could take either bus. That was a LIE! The only part they worked together on was lying to us that we could use both busses. They told this to dozens of us, not just us.

The drivers wouldn't let us on the other blue busses. Then we had to wait forever, the lines were terrible. Once you got on it was fine, but no need to lie to people that they have the option to use either company if they purchase.
My husband and I booked with mermaid to see the comino, the blue lagoon and Gozo. We had a fabulous time. The captain and crew were great, nothing was too much trouble, very easy going, and being one of the smaller boats it gets into places the bigger boats can't. Great music relaxed vibes. We recommend paying a little bit more and getting the bus ride into Victoria, it gives you a better view of the history of Gozo. Because the boat was smaller it could go into the blue grotto. Which the bigger boats can't, the grotto is stunning close too. All in all I would recommend the mermaid cruises to anyone.
It was very hot on the open-roof bus at the end of June.
They have two companies running similar busses and similar routes, so you might be told to wait for the next bus with your ticket.
The company representative, who sold us the tickets in Alexandra hotel, was coughing and had no patience to answer simple questions. She preferred to repeat her own long story about the bus timetable over and over.
Our tour was interesting, the driver was very good at reversing the bus all the way down the street, when the rout got blocked by a heavy machinery. They did announce the stops clearly on the first bus, that wee took. The stops were not announced on the second bus. Overall - good impression.
Lovely way to see valetta and learn some of the history
Perfect way to see the city without having to walk a lot.
A great thing when you’re with little kids.
That's a nice ride with the train through the streets of Valletta and also some important places in the city.
I did the tour to Gozo with the bus. I liked that the captain leaves sharp on time and possibly leaves people behind. The boat is small and we were like 40 people. Because of the small boat, it takes quite a bit to get out to the first stop but that’s actually what I really enjoyed as I wanted a chill day out on the water. You can buy drinks, rent snorkel equipment and there’s a bathroom. We stopped at the Blue Lagoon, Gozo with a bus that took us to Victoria which Im glad I booked, some caves, and St Paul’s Islands. Great day!
Despite advertising that disabled people can use this service, we were told that we had to wait until a bus with a ramp came. When we finally got on in Valetta after 25mins we set off only to get as far as Mosta, with no audio , we got stuck in traffic due to an accident, we had to change to another bus and was sent back to port. We complained and was refused a refund. So disappointed in the service and the way out complaint was handled
We enjoyed a very insightful and beautiful walking tour with Best Tours Malta. Pacing of the tour was good, interesting facts were shared and there was a short break midway to use the restroom and/or get a drink. I can highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in the rich history of Valletta and Malta!
we were today on this trainride with kids(3 and 6).
- kids like it as love trains in generals
but, the sound of guiding is soo low cannot hear anything bc of traffic
- we were sitting for 20min until they filled up every single seat on train - like sheeps
overall ok, but would not repeat it
Great service and ambience. Good food too! Thank you for an enjoyable evening
Mdina and Rabat tour: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Chris was fantastic. He loves his town and community and it shows. Having him take us to his church was truly a highlight as everyone there wanted to speak to him and so proudly wanted him to show us specific things in the church. His description of the history of Malta was thorough without feeling like you were in a classroom. Great tour with an even better guide.
We participated in an excellent Food Tour of Valletta led by Christian who hails from Rabat. A great mix of Maltese foods and walking history lesson on Malta and the walled fortress city of Valletta. The group size was perfect (9 on our tour, 10 max) and Christian kept everyone engaged with his knowledge and humor over 3.5 hours. Highly recommend this tour or any of thoseled by Best Tours Malta
Easy way to go around Malta in short holidays take good deal with one day bus plus harbour trip where you can use 3 days
Chris is a fantastic guide we enjoyed his story telling and how he brought the history alive during his tours of both Valetta and Rabat &Mdina . His small group tours create a lovely friendly atmosphere.. when we come back to Malta we would definitely book another tour and will be recommending him to anyone we know who is visiting Malta. Thank you Chris you made our holiday a bit more special ☺️
Nadine was a fantastic tour guide! Highly recommend!!
Best service! Every customer gets treated as VIP
Nice places to see.
Like M'dina, Rabat, Mosta church, Valletta, Golden Beach. Only the busdrivers on the end of the day were not good organized. In Sliema people had to take another bus to go to Valletta and later on they had to get back in the bus🤔
David and the entire Sailing Charters Malta team are 1st Class. Always professional, courteous and customer focused. As a repeat customer it's easy to say that these guys are exceptional.

We recently had the pleasure of spending a day on the water with Nick, our skipper. A truly memorable day and one for the ages - thanks Nick!
We booked short noticed. David was very helpful and replied quickly. It was easy to book this really nice adventure.
Our Skipper Nick was very chilled and even thought us how to sail that boat. We felt he is doing it out of his heart and he also had to tell us lots of interesting stories.
All in all a very lovely experience we are not going to forget. The price is very fair and the food delicious (especially the house made cake).
Thank you for that beautiful day💃🏼💃🏼
My partner Bek and I have just had the most wonderful day out on SY Hati with Capt. Nick.

Nick made our day, such a wonderful, engaging and interesting man who took the time to explain the sights, explain the boat and include us in its operation, giving us a chance to sail in between showing us some of the most magical swimming spots I’ve ever been to.

From the beginning communication with David was prompt and efficient and the food prepared by his wife was amazing.

Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Thank you.
David the owner was extremely helpful and responsive in all communications about the booking. This was well worth the money and was by far the most fun day we had in Malta. Even though there were 5 of us, he suggested the slightly larger Bavaria 41, and I was happy to have the extra room. That boat fits 8 technically, but that would have been tight in my opinion. Based on the size of your group, I would select a sailboat one size up for a bit more comfort. I think the price difference was like 20-25 euros. Totally worth it.

David's wife prepared a full spread of amazing food for lunch, and this was made even better by our skipper Vlad who served everything in style and grilled up our beef and chicken right on board! Vlad was an amazing skipper, and we were so happy to have him! We sailed from Valetta south all the way to St. Peter's Pool, stopping at beautiful coves along the way for swimming, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone vacationing in Malta!
One week ago, we have joined #seahorsecruise for a #daytrip to the #bluelagoon and #santamarijabay. The #ocean was very nice, #blue and #clear. But on the #boat there were so many people and very crowded. At the #blue #lagoon there are a view #kiosks, where you can eat #burger #kebab #ice and different #drinks. As well you get a fresh #pinacolada in a #pinapple.
This is my second time with Sailing Charters Malta and they didn't disappoint. David, was amazing at catering for all of our needs and as with my previous trip, incredibly welcoming - he remembered our group. Captain Phil was fabulously informative, accommodating and fun to be around. The food (thanks to David's wife) was absolutely delicious and the BBQ was cooked to perfection. This is an absolute must when visiting Malta and the best way to see such a beautiful island.
It’s been for sure one of the best experiences I had in my life. Terence our skipper was just amazing. We felt safe and in good hands from the first minute. The day tour was exciting but also very relaxing at the same time. He showed us great places and on the way back we’ve been so lucky to see the dolphins when they were playing with our boat Hatí. Thanks again Terence
What a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We set of from the Marina with Terence our friendly (and very chatty!) skipper on a tour of some of the most picturesque coves, lagoons and locations you will ever see. The boat was brilliant; clean, well prepared, well stocked! The swordfish lunch was really delicious (made by David’s wife - to whom we send our thanks!!). If you’re coming to Malta - you simply must have this experience. Amazing.
Wow Wow Wow!!! What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The owner, David replied to my emails and numerous questions immediatly(even on a Sunday afternoon) He was most helpful.
Charlie our skipper was very well informed on the history of Malta and he was a true gentleman. We chose the Swordfish menu and it was delicious, David's wife prepared all the side dishes that were fresh and healty and in abundance(we could have fed 3 more people)
I will highly recommend this experience, you get to see the coastline and little coves and caves to swim in that is not so over populated.
Even though my mom and aunt are elderly and have health problems they still managed to swim and with Charlie's help get on and off the boat.
Thanks and we hope to do this again!
Zakopane 4 - 9 September. Brittania Tours, short brake was an other pleasant break for me and my wife. lots to see without any obligations or group herding. Our tour leader John Cassar was one of the best, if not the best, I have met. Kept cool when met with several road works and delays, with close contact with the driver managed a diversion with the group arriving in time at the airport. If one needs an organised and hastle free relaxed holiday, this is one of them. Jesmond and Maria.
