Lugar tranquilo, bonito, pero falta más atención en la limpieza de las colchas y colchones.

Four seasons doesn’t disappoint. The rooms are smaller than many luxury resorts, but you are unlikely to notice since the property is so nice and full of amenities without ever feeling crowded. Dining is top notch. They practically read your mind - get out of the pool and an attendant is already freshening your drink.

My stay at the Four Seasons Resort in Punta Mita was a delightful and memorable experience. The resort is beautifully situated in a stunning location, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the attention to detail in the landscaping and decor truly enhances the overall ambiance.

One of the standout features of this resort is its cleanliness. Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces, was spotless and well-kept. This level of cleanliness significantly contributed to my comfort and enjoyment during my stay.

The staff at the Four Seasons Resort were friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident, and it made a positive impact on my overall impression of the resort.

While my stay was very enjoyable, I believe there is always room for improvement. A few minor tweaks could elevate the experience from great to exceptional. For instance, enhancing some of the amenities and offering more personalized touches would add a special charm to future visits.

Given the wonderful time I had, I look forward to the possibility of returning to the Four Seasons Resort in Punta Mita. It would be amazing to see how these small enhancements could make an already fantastic resort truly outstanding. I’m eager to see what new experiences the resort has to offer in the future and would be thrilled to return to create even more wonderful memories.

Pésimo servicio, lento y con mala actitud. El huevo quemado, en general sin sabor y para completar había un pelo en la comida y resulta que me hicieron responsable!!!!!!!!
Recomiendo que no asistan a este lugar

Excelentes instalaciones y un lugar muy agradable para disfrutar de tu estancia en San Miguel. También tiene espacios muy agradables para cada evento

If you get an opportunity to visit Punta Mita - just do it!!! You won't regret it! And the Four Seasons Resort is spectacular... the most gorgeous location, with 2 amazing beaches, 3 gorgeous pools, and the best staff ever! Thank you to GM, Dennis for looking after us all so so well.

El hotel es bonito, con una muy linda alberca.
Sin embargo, las habitaciones son muy calurosas.
En cuanto a la atencion, me indicaron por la tarde que tenia incluido el desayuno, pero el personal de la mañana me dijo que no era así y por lo tanto no me lo sirvieron.

We tried almost all the restaurants & bar inside the hotel and it's all very good.

Las cabañas son un horror,huele mucho a humedad y las cobijas y almohadas huelen a que no las lavan,el baño muy pequeño y no sale agua caliente y yo que soy una persona alta pego en el techo y regadera y no me puedo bañar bien,los colchones son muy incómodos y no puedes dormir bien y para terminar la puerta de la habitación esta rota.

NO HAY AGUA HORRIBLE, TENIAMOS UN EVENTO IMPORTANTE Y NO HABIA NI PARA BAÑARSE ¡HORRIBLE

This place is simply wonderful.
From the infrastructure, their architectural design in every spot of the complex to the design of each Villa.
Don’t even talk about the wonderful service they have, it is another quality level.
If you don’t want to worry about anything this is the place you are looking for.
Security is amazing and everyone there is willing to help you and smiling all the time, you can have a really family atmosphere.
I’m so amazed how much they take care of the details. They pamper you a lot that once you get there you don’t want to leave.

Esta lejos del centro, solo funciono por que teníamos una boda cerca, los cuarto son en extremo caros para los servicios mediocres que ofrecen. Los closets ni repisas ni cajones tienen para guardar ropa solo para colgar, no nos pudieron ni jabón para las manos y justo si vas a una boda tienes que pedir una plancha a recepción. El agua caliente se acaba muy rápido a pesar de que yo soy de bañarme rápido al final me tocaba agua fría y mi cuarto (206) no tenia puerta en la regadera y todo el agua se salía. La comida esta bastante chafa equis y el servicio y apenas y básico. Se tardan mucho en traerte cualquier cosa si estas en la zona de alberca, es un hotel que quiere parecer boutique pero se está más cerca de ser de paso por más de mil pesos por noche por persona. Pésimo no vayan.
