Holy cow. Only signed up for the night tour because of the kids. Thought it would be a bit cheesy as american theme parks are. But this place..
The entrance is already in a cave and it only gets more naturally stunning. We took a swim in a ca e for almost 40 min ( don't go if you are afraid of caves, you will be swimming in one long cave for ( short trip) 10 minutes to ( long trip) 40 minutes. The ATVs drive right through jungle for about 30 minutes depends how fast you drive. The slide is no joke. I think it's more a damn Rollercoaster then a slide. Buffet was fantastic. Where at the park for 6 h and we could have stayed longer

El lugar perfecto para que los pequeños de la familia se diviertan, las distintas actividades permiten que todo el tiempo estén ocupados, pueden trabajar como bomberos, policías, guarda valores, ser locutor de radio, vender seguros, de todo un poco, no le doy 5 estrellas porque las opciones para comer son muy limitadas, además de que el acceso como adulto no da ningún beneficio y debe pagarse, ya que solo somos acompañantes, el acceso como padres debería no tener costo, en fin, es un lugar recomendado para un viernes o sábado, domingo está muy saturado

Absolutely amazing park, had a great time. Bit of a queue to get in, but we did arrive about an hour after opening when the coaches were turning up. We bought our tickets at the door and had no issues. We also decided to add on the photo package, which we felt was good value for money. Made it much easier to get pictures of my wife and I together and you could take as many as you wanted to. There is a fair bit of walking to get between some of the attractions but we still felt we had plenty of time to see most of the attractions. We did the ziplines, ATVs, underground river, cave expedition and the toboggan slide. We did have to queue for an hour to get on the toboggan slide, but it is their newest attraction. The restaurant on site was also excellent and served a great selection of food. Overall I would highly recommend the park if you enjoy the outdoor, exploration activities on offer. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Mexico.

Best day ever. Money well spent. The shortest activity is 20 minutes. Some of the activities you're like, when does this end? So much fun. The food was great. Everything from Mexican to pasta, burgers, beef stroganoff, pizza, huge salad bar and buffet. Also snacks and beverages during the day all included in the price. I loved my day.

Está padre pero es más pequeña que la de cuicuilco. Recomiendo ir en viernes pues es cuando abren más tiempo entre semana y está tranquilo recomiendo sacar el pasaporte pues les pagan y cobran menos en las actividades.

It’s little bit far, so ensure to take transportation offered by company and provide correct information where they should pick up. The food, attention and explanation are beyond good. You feel safety on every step. Also ensure to have the water shoes or have enough money to buy it in the park. Also if you have water case for your cellphone, take it with you as this is a little bit expensive in the park. Be sure to comply with ingredients on your sunscreen as they respect in every aspect the ingredients not be toxic.
Food and attractions are beyond good.

This park is so much fun! If you're a thrill seeker and not afraid of heights this is your place. With 10 zip lines, underground river, dune buggy ride, rafting and more you can't go wrong. When you come in you'll see the various activities up on a board and off you go. If you don't book transportation you can easily get here by taxi (and back) for $30 for two people. For the ladies wear comfortable bathing suits with a bott cover up (skort or wrap). Don't bother wearing hats because you'll be in helmets all day. I wore Keen strapped hiking sandals and they were perfect for all the walking along with air and water activities. Water shoes seem ideal but with the uneven ground a thicker soul is better.
You can store your things in a locker. Do bring cellphone to waterproof holder so you can carry your phone and take plenty of pictures. I brought a bottle of water which saved the day. This park is absolutely wonderful and you'll have a great time doing all the activities.

Súper recomendable. Cuando ir? Entre semana. Nosotros fuimos en martes y no tuvimos que hacer ni filas ni esperar, optimizando el tiempo en casa espacio. Los precios? No es barato. Fuimos en visita escolar y pagamos $580 incluyendo transporte y comida (niños)( veníamos del norte de la ciudad, estaba muy lejos) los adultos pagan mucho menos pero realmente no hacen nada. Sólo disfrutar de la felicidad de los hijos. La comida bien: pizza de jamón de dominos y para los adultos baguette de jamón y bebidas. TIP: DEJAN PASAR BOTELLAS CON AGUA. sólo cuiden que no tengan marcas, es decir, que sean termos o botellas sin etiqueta. Consta de dos plantas y deben visitar los más pequeños la estación de gasolina y andar en triciclo, subir a la ambulancia y al camión de bomberos, apagar el incendio con mangueras reales, cuidar bebés en la enfermería, hacer tu paleta, tu ensalada, ponerte un tatuaje por $5 y entrar a bailar cuando ya no tengas dinero y te paguen. La dinámica es que si tú compras algún servicio deberás pagar tus kidzos y si realizan algún servicio como mensajería, entregas, correo, etc recibirán una paga. Al final con el dinero kid zo que tengan podrán cambiar por premios muy sencillos. Yo sugiero guardarlos porque todo es impagable, un bote mini de burbujas cuesta un montón de kidzos y eso puede llegar a decepcionar a los niños. Volveria? Claro que sí. Los niños quedaron encantados, de plano nos fuimos hasta que nos corrieron con el baile de despedida jajaja. Muy buena experiencia. Gracias kidzania

Muy bonito y divertido, pero desgraciadamente le falta personal en los Stands donde preparan alimentos, una sola persona para atender a los niños es insuficiente, por lo que termina siendo muy tardado a la espera del equipo siguiente y la elaboración del producto para los que están dentro.

The caves were awesome. The food at the buffet was fresh and very tasty. The hamock zip like was extremely fun, as well as all the other zip lines. The most fun we had was driving the amphibious buggies on two separate trails. It was well worth the money.

Awesome park. The wait was minimal at two of the zip lines points. Time went by so fast because you're always moving, and before we knew it, it was lunchtime. The restaurant had a large selection of food and the best part, it was warm and delicious. And there are no words for the wait staff, I can only think of exceptional, and I still think it's not enough to describe these hard attentive workers. The same is said for the rest of the staff. The staff at the rides make you feel safe, always ensuring safety was carried out and ensuring that one was doing okay.

Tierquälerei. Diese Art von Freizeitaktivität sollte endlich abgeschafft werden. Lasst die Tiere in Ruhe!

Excelente lugar para que los peques vean el valor del dinero y las profesiones. Único tema... Hubo alerta sísmica y se le preguntó a un miembro de seguridad que procedía y este no nos dio ninguna respuesta y se pasó derecho.
De ahí en más estuvo genial

Es ist immer wieder erstaunlich, was wir geliebten Tieren antun, wenn es um unseren Spaß und Geld geht. Diese Tiere werden aus ihren Familienverband gerissen um ihr restliches Leben für uns täglich für viele Stunden im Zirkus aufzutreten.

Wir waren begeistert ! Sehr schön und kinderfreundlich wir wollten am Anfang das ganze nicht wirklich unterstützen aber die Tiere sind dort geboren und kennen nichts anderes von dem her war es für uns halbwegs in Ordnung die Kinder waren fasziniert und begeistert.

El "Kidzania" es una opción ideal para un fin de semana divertido. Ofrece diversas actividades para niños, desde juegos hasta áreas de exploración, y suele llevar unas 4 horas disfrutar de todas las atracciones. ¡Perfecto para que los más pequeños salgan de su rutina!

Visited Xplor whilst on holiday in Cancun, I’d researched it prior to coming and we both knew we wanted to visit.

We arrived through our transfer at 9 and was seen promptly, we were provided helmets & our locker key. Bring your own water shoes and waterproof phone case if you want to take photos. We did but saw they were selling water shoes for over $70 and phone cases for $50.

As the park is go at your own pace we started with the zip lines, they were amazing, absolutely breath taking. My partner and I were able to go on them together too which was so much fun to do together.

We then did the ATVs which were so much fun, the caves are magical.

We then did all of the water activities, the rafts, the swim, and the underground expedition. Absolutely incredible. The swim through the waterfall was beautiful. The only one we didn’t enjoy so much was the rafts, a lot of people in front of us didn’t know how to use them and everyone was getting held up and bumped into.

The lunch was also really good quality. You definitely work up an appetite so that was great, my partner was very happy.

Our transfer didn’t come back until 4.30 but we were done with everything at around 2ish. It’s definitely worth it and we had such a memorable day out

Hermoso lugar Muy didactico donde los niños aprenden jugando y disfrutando de todas las actividades, los chicos muy atentos con ellos. El dia es muy importante para que les de tiempo de recorrerlo. Nosotros fuimos en Jueves. Muy recomendable!! 🎉 🎉

Wir haben online ein Packet gebucht, wo man mit Seekühen schwimmen konnte. Ein wirklich unvergessliches Erlebnis. Am Tag wurde wir mit einem Katamaran auf die Insel geliefert, was reibungslos funktionierte. Auf der Insel angekommen bekommt man fixe Slots wann man zu der gebuchten Aktivität gehen kann. In der zwischenzeit konnte man kostenfrei (wenn man es dazugebucht hat) alkoholfreie Getränke trinken und etwas Essen. Da die meisten wegen den Delfinen kommen waren wir nur 7 Personen gesamt mit den Seekühen, was das ganze sehr individuell und wirklich unvergesslich machte.

Was einem hier geboten wird, ist eine absolute Frechheit. Für den Preis geht ihr besser ins Disney oder sonst wo 10x gut essen....hier wird man nach Strich und Faden um jeden Cent betrogen.

Avantage, situé dans un complexe sur la plage de playa Maroma, très pratique au regard de l hôtel Catalonia playa Maroma, on peut y aller à pied par la plage ou en taxi.
Les prix sont dans la moyenne des autres Dolphinarium..
L.experience de nage avec les Dauphins est très bien, environ 45 mn, composées de nage en tenant les nageoires de 2 Dauphins, une petite longueur, nage avec 2 Dauphins qui nous soulèvent par les pieds sur une petite longueur, et plusieurs interactions câlins, bisous. Papouilles..
Le hic ce sont comme toujours les photos !
Nous avons acheté les billets sur internet (2 adultes et un enfant de 9 ans)et avons cherché à sélectionner le Pack photos proposé pour 50€/personnes..soit 150 euros en tout et là, impossible de Le mettre dans le panier.. 10 essais, avec 3 téléphones différents à 2 jours d intervalle.. et impossible...
Étant précisé que vous ne pourrez pas prendre la moindre photo avec votre appareil personnel durant l excursion..

En arrivant sur place, on nous propose des photos à des tarifs totalement prohibitifs..( bcp plus cher pour moins de photos) bien sur nous demandons à bénéficier du tarif internet, le screen shot de notre réservation à l appuis, c un refus catégorique, toute la mauvaise fois du monde y passe, on est un centre pas le site, c pas notre faute...on a pas de responsable, on ne peux pas pratiquer les tarifs internet...il faut voir avrc eux directement..face à ce qui s apparente à du raquette organisé j en passe donc par la phase scandale, demande de remboursement, menace de justice... Le numéros a bien duré 20 minutes! avant qu un responsable pourtant présent dans la salle, accepte de nous faire le tarifs internet..
Au final, après l experience, au moment du choix des photos ils font bien le tarif internet. Cependant, ils nous ont proposé 3 photos imprimées et 120 photos nulerique pour 210 dollars..on aurait sûrement pu avoir mieux, mais tout d un coup.ils proposent une nego! Ça devient possible..
Finalement, tout ceci est un cérémonial pour mieux raqueter! C est leur façon de créer les negociations, Honnêtement ça gâche l experience..et je pense que ce n est pas leur problème! Ils veulent faire de profits à court terme et se fichent royalement de ce poste..un homme averti en vaut 2, en y allant vous saurez mieux comment faire..ou trouvez en un autre, ou réservez avec votre hôtel...
Je ne suis pas sur que les autres centres soient mieux, donc il faut en passer par là si on veux nager avec les Dauphins.. ou prendre le risque de négocier directement à la fin..ou se laisser faire, je ne sais pas..a vous de voir,
Ce que je peux vous dire, c est que beaucoup de mexicains dont le pouvoir d achat est très inférieur au notre semblent avoir une vision totalement fantasmée de nos possibilités financières. Dans le tourisme, cela, en transforment beaucoup en voleurs malgres eux, avec des méthodes dignes du raquettes..voir de la rançon, très éloignés de nos codes et reperes Européens...

Wir sind ungeplant hierher gekommen und da sahen wir die Delphine. Es war schön sie zu beobachten ,aber sie Taten mir leid,da die Becken sehr klein sind.

Auch wenn dieser Ort für viele Touristen vielleicht ein Highlight ist. Bitte überlegt euch wirklich, ob ihr es unterstützen wollt, Delfine für euer Privatvergnügen zu benutzen. Diese Tiere leben auf wenigen Quadratmetern und werden jeden Tag vom Massentourismus dazu genötigt, Kunststücke zu machen und für Selfies parat zu stehen. Diese Tiere gehören meiner Meinung nach ins offene Meer, in ihren natürlichen Lebensraum. Ich finde es traurig zu sehen, wofür Menschen Geld ausgeben und keine Sekunde nachdenken.

Les prix très élevés si tu paies le transport alors on t'oblige à retourner rapidement si tu veux profiter de la navette de retour. Donc, le fait de profiter de la plage comme c'est écrit dans le site Web n'est plus d'actualité sauf si tu prends un taxi.
Cependant, ce que nous n'avons pas apprécié c'est que on te demande un prix exorbitant sur place pour les photos et surtout on t'interdit complètement de prendre des photos toi même. Le prix des photos ne figure nulle part sur le site Web. On te met devant le fait accompli une fois sur place.
Conclusion : pour profiter réellement de l'expérience il faut prévoir trois fois le prix affiché sur le site Web.

Wow es un mágico lugar con cuatro mundos: el mundo europeo, el mundo mexicano, el mundo del medio oriente y el mundo nórdico.
Además tiene un show fantástico de Canticorum.
Todo el lugar está súper bien decorado, de muy buen gusto, muy navideño.
Venden comida muy rica y variada, con bebidas alcohólicas y sin alcohol.
Juegos como resbaladillas, toboganes, rueda de la fortuna, pista de patinaje, etc.

Excelente lugar para ir a disfrutar en familia de una experiencia de navidad, con una interesante temática sobre diferentes culturales y una ambientación excelente. Un increíble plan para terminar el año, con una excelente atención por parte de todo el personal, acceso a personas con sillas de ruedas en todo el recorrido, gran variedad de comida a elegir y luces navideñas por todos lados sin igual!!!!

Es un parque lindo, lleno de luces y decoración, evidentemente el marketing predomina en cada esquina con las marcas patrocinadoras, el costo es elevado para mi punto de vista y las atracciones q incluye no son fuera de lo común. Lo más hermoso en lo personal fue el espectáculo del canticorum, pero habría q conocerlo para vivirlo y q nadie nos cuente.

Eine wunderbare Anlage für Delphine, Seelöwen und Seehunde. Werden artgerecht gehalten und kommen auch dort zur Welt. Einmalig für die Tiere.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Ja es ist ein Erlebnis mit Delphinen zu schwimmen. Auch wenn es verurteilt wird. Teilweise auch berechtigt. In dieser Anlage wird sehr nach dem Wohl der Tiere geschaut.
Es gibt einen sehr großen Bereich in dem das schwimmen stattfindet. Allerdings auch kleine Becken die eigentlich als Training oder Rückzug Becken dienen sollen. Leider musste ich feststellen das sie auch als Event Becken genutzt wurden was ich überhaupt nicht befürworten kann. Hier sollte nicht nur an den Umsatz gedacht werden sondern auch an die Delphine.
Das Becken für die Seelöwen fand ich sehr klein da ist noch Luft nach oben.

Furchtbar!! Die Delphine sind in sehr kleinen Becken zum Vergnügen der Touristen eingesperrt. Ich finde es sehr traurig, dass es Menschen gibt, die das unterstützen und nicht auf das Wohl der Tiere achten.

Ein absolut einmaliges Erlebnis. Wann schon kann man Delfinen, Ammenhaien und Seekühen so nah sein. Schöner ist eigentlich nur im offenen Meer. Der Beachclub eignet sich hervorragend zum Entspannen und so kann man ohne weiteres dort den gesamten Tag verbringen.

Incroyable malgré que je ne fus que spectateur et que.ma femme et fille vivaient une expérience indescriptible.

Un site enchanteur ,un personnel au petit soin ,sans être agressant.

Eine schöne Marina mit Geschäften, Restaurants und Kneipen mit moderaten Preisen. Delfine auf kleinstem Raum im Kreis schwimmen zu lassen, sollte inzwischen nicht mehr akzeptiert werden. Der Anblick ist einfach nur traurig

Snorkeling and ziplining into Cenotes...ziplining experience was amazing! You can do an all inclusive trip to Tulum Mayan ruins! Just a side note...the park is in process of being refurbished so not all ziplines were open.

Essen war gut. Viel Auswahl. Man sollte sich zeitig eine Liege am Pool sichern. Das Schwimmen mit den Delfinen war eine schöne Erfahrung. Aber andrerseits sehe ich das Tierwohl. Angefasst von Hunderten Leuten. Allerdings sind sie sicher froh beschäftigt zu sein. Im grossen und ganzen ein gelungener Tagesausflug. Fotos verboten. Die Bilder die gemacht werden kosten 40 bis 80 Dollar.

Le gros point noir de cette activité est que l'on ne peut pas prendre de photos pendant les activités et qu'un paparazzi les prend pour vous. Or, les photos coûtent 40 € LA photo et 150 € pour toutes les photos. C'est quand même une escroquerie à touristes. Le conseil: si vous êtes en couple, faire les activités à des heures différentes pour que l'un puisse prendre en photo l'autre. Sinon, mais c'est interdit et la qualité sera dégueulasse, essayer de prendre en photo les écrans quand vous consultez vos photos. De plus, ils ne parlent que très peu français.
