Pedí 2 de birria para llevar en un plato Y 2 en otro plato cuando llegué a mi casa solamente traía 2 de birria Y uno solo en otro plato de otro guiso Les faltó ponerme un taco, Aunque ya no hubo forma de regresar porque vivimos lejos nos quedó ese desagradable momento amargo

1. ⏰ Llegue súper temprano y no había nadie, pero supongo que fines de semana tienes que tomar precauciones.
2. 👩🏽‍🔧 Buen servicio, pero como llegue tan temprano no había pan salado aún 🫠 para el desayuno.
3. 🍳Tienen varias opciones, normales.
4. ☕️ El chocolate caliente es bueno.
5. 🍩 No pedí algo dulce.
6. ❎ No volvería.

No saben que delicia de ensalada me comí! Base de espinacas con camote asado, semilla de amaranto, flor de calabaza y vinagreta de chile guajillo! Es una maravilla, mi esposo también pidió un guiso qué por cierto uno solo es suficiente para dos personas. El ambiente super deli y el servicio excelente. La verdad por la zona, la calidad y el servicio los precios son muy buenos.

Delicious and spectacular coffee

I had an unacceptable experience at Tomahawk, another restaurant within the Banyan Tree Mayakoba. Upon our arrival, the host asked us to wait while he checked for our reservation. However, instead of assisting us, he proceeded to text on his phone—apparently messaging his wife. His dismissive attitude and the faces he made were so off-putting that it made us want to leave immediately. It’s hard to believe that this restaurant is part of the esteemed Banyan Tree hotel. It’s astonishing how this respected Asian hotel chain isn’t receiving the level of respect it deserves in Mexico.

Additionally, the pricing at Tomahawk is exorbitantly high, particularly given the quality of the dining experience. Who would want to sit down for an expensive steak when faced with such a sour attitude from the staff? The combination of overpriced food and unwelcoming service severely detracts from the high standards expected at a Banyan Tree establishment. It’s disappointing that this level of service and pricing is associated with such a renowned hotel chain

Comida sabrosa. Excelente servicio tanto para pasar a recoger como el consumo en el lugar. Muy fácil hacer tu orden a través de mensajería whatsapp

This place is inside a market on the top floor - not that easy to locate! Came here because we saw that they had a pretty good breakfast with beans eggs and rice but when we got there they said that they didn’t serve that since they rotate their menus . Didn’t have too many vegetarian options for breakfast but we did enjoy the breakfast . Don’t order any lattes or americanos the brew is not that great but the cafe de olla was good ! We came back another day to get their flan - that right there was delicious!

This was our first meal in Mex City. Duck mole was great but also a bit fermented/alcoholy. Not a good or bad thing, just something to note. The pork belly tacos though... oh my god. So porky, so good. One of the best bites we had that week.

This place has an amazing atmosphere, as well as drinks and service!

My filet was perfectly cooked but under seasoned. I would have also preferred more side options such as truffle mac n' cheese, ginnochi, fire roasted carrots, or even crabcakes. The roasted corn was not even a cobs worth, but it was still delicious.

I recommend the passion honey cocktail and the parmasien truffle potatoes with gua jillo dust.

I will say that this restaurant is overpriced. We spent a grand for 4 adults and 2 kids menu items. I have been to a lot of steakhouses, and that is nuts, considering we didn't even stay very long.

The staff are very nice and the restaurant is gorgeous.

Los guisos son deliciosos y las tortillas hechas al momento, todo un lujo, aunque no tienen mucha variedad. Los precios son buenos considerando el tamaño de las porciones, dos tacos son más que suficientes y están abundantemente servidos.
Los meseros no son tan amables y pueden ser desatentos cuando hay mucha gente.
Lo verdaderamente imperdonable es que no sirven café, indispensable para muchos en el desayuno.
Probé la machaca y la cochinita y ambas estaban para chuparse los dedos.

Angenehmer Ort, nette Bedienung, Essen gut, für die Gegend sehr faire Preise.

Best burritos 🌯 in town!

Alguna vez me pareció un buen lugar. Hoy pienso que está en decadencia. Cuando están medianamente llenos el servicio colapsa. Erráticos, discutiendo entre meseros y nadie te toma la orden. Las últimas 2 veces que vine no hay jaiba, siendo que el menú es pequeño y hay un par de platillos que la requieren. La comida es rica, pero estaban rebasados y llegaba fría. Considerando todo no lo recomendaría o lo dejaría como opción solo si todo lo demás está lleno.

Food was mediocre and drinks were fine but not to my liking.

The taco we tried were pretty good, but lots of tendons in the beef so that was very hard to chew through

The duck is not edible. First it was undercooked and raw in the middle. The skin and fat did not get rendered so the whole thing was impossible to chew or even cut through. I sent it back and they cooked it some more so it was edible but not what I expected my duck to be like when I ordered. It looked nothing like the pictures from previous reviews

The tables also have a layer of dust or ash on it so turned the sleeves of my white shirt grayish. My fork also had stuff on it.

I never leave review but I have never left a restaurant this dissatisfied and I’m not a picky eater either.

El lugar es precioso, su servicio es excelente, sin embargo, la música dentro del establecimiento estaba demasiado alta. La comida tiene porciones muy pequeñas, pero es rico, aunque nos tocó mala experiencia con un plato mal lavado, entonces no se disfrutó del todo

La comida muy rica. El servicio es muy bueno. Se incluye pepino, pico de Gallo, limón, cebolla a la orden.

Great food, good coffee. The vegetarian dishes weren't great, but the mole with plantains was good. The veg tacos were also delicious.

Wow! I was recommended this restaurant and I am very glad I decided to try it. I ordered their tamarind mezcalita cocktail which was delicious as long with their aguachile with camarones and it was SO tasty! It has a nice balance of citrusy and spicy and the portion size was perfect as a meal.

This birria restaurant is a hidden gem! The friendly owner creates a warm atmosphere, and the food is simply outstanding.

We went for dinner and my initial reaction was that the venue was a little difficult to locate. It was in a food court of sorts - but tucked away located upstairs.

From the minute we walked in, I noticed that the ventilation was not great from the kitchen. It was very smoky and felt as if we were smack bang in the middle of the kitchen.

On to the food — I was excited to find a restaurant serving traditional Oaxacan food, and it could have been what I ordered, but I was highly highly underwhelmed.

There is clearly a lot of attention put on the authenticity of the food, its preparation and the serving… But for me I didn’t like what I ordered.

I had two corn gorditas one was machaca con huevo and second nopalitos con huevo . They were good very light basically no grease at all . The coffee 50/50

Es un hermoso lugar, indicado para ocasiones especiales. La comida y la atención son excelentes y sus instalaciones muy bonitas.

De los mejores tacos que he probado en mi vida, están deliciosos, calientitos y super rellenos, recomendados!

Un lugar con mucho sazón, solo venden tacos y quesadillas con guisos, las porciones son grandes, de un taco fácilmente salen 2 tacos, puedes pedir tortillas extra por $2.50.
Probamos los tacos de birria, chicharrón y cochinita, todos muy ricos.
Precios muy accesibles.
De tomar solo venden agua de jamaica y refrescos.
¡Totalmente recomendados!

Hoy por 3era ocasión nos dieron el pedido mal, la primera vez olvidaron mi orden, después me cambiaron los platillos y hoy casi nos intoxican cambiando TODOS Los guisos por puerco, decadente y deprimente. Ya no es lo que era.

Los tacos de chicharrón y la quesadilla dorada de birria de mis favoritos, una opción riquísima a cualquier hora del día. 100% recomendado. El servicio también, muy amables los meseros. Espero que acepten tarjeta pronto!

Como su nombre lo indica, este es un restaurante de tacos, pero de guisado. Buen sazón, amplia variedad de comidas, buen tamaño de las porciones y precios no tan elevados, hacen que este lugar sea muy visitado, tanto por comensales locales como por extranjeros. Tortillas recién hechas complementan la calidad del lugar. El servicio es muy bueno, el personal rápido y atento. Los sanitarios limpios. No cuenta con estacionamiento, por lo que debe uno buscar lugar en la calle para dejar el automóvil, con el riesgo que ello implica. Relación calidad - precio adecuada. Un buen sitio para desayunar
