Ask about a price. Was confused. The girl at the counter gave me an attitude behind my back saying i don’t understand english. I heard it.

Very bad customer service. The staff are very rude and don’t even respect the customer. The staff all racism😡

A wide selection of garments with very interesting patterns and prints! There’s materials suited for varying weather conditions as well so one has many options to source out.

The changing rooms are numerous and each cubicle is spacious enough for sizing out fittings. The lady-in-charge though is rather inefficient. At first, it looks like she’s a customer as she doesn’t direct the flow of customers into the changing rooms. Upon further inspection, it’s clear she’s an employee and I believe had to retrieve the hangers from customers which she merely ignored.

One of the Cashiers was also very rude. She was unable to hear me and replied with a ridiculous jaunt. I then reinforce what I was saying earlier (payment option) before her colleague understands.

In the midst of payment, she clearly tries to make a joke out of the exchange we had had prior by speaking in a language that is not English to her colleague and laughing away, unprofessionally. I assume she felt I would not understand so she chose that particular language instead.

The staff needs to be well-trained to handle customers else it dampens the whole experience.

Various choices of branded clothing. Have to commend one of your staff, Yi Wen. The service provided by her was 1000/100. She was patient and knowledgeable about the stocks that were available. Thanks for all the help. The lady boss was also very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend
