Actually doesnt deserve any star. Customer service very bad. Staff were rude. Its normal when customer take time to choose spec that fit to their face. They were impatient and just walk away. Dont work if you dont know how to entertain customer. Play phone and sit all the time. I prefer batu pahat outlet, staff very friendly and helpful. Will never repeat this outlet.

Called in to add an extra fan for my car aircond. The boss told me its a waste of money and explained why. He took his time and explained me everything. Such a genuine shop!

I can vouch for APG  as I am a regular patron. Went there last Saturday to get my problem sorted out as there were rattling noises in the engine bay of my Civic FC 1.8

Mr Chew (the owner) then proceed to pop my hood and take a listen he could tell what was wrong with my car right away. It turned out that the fan belt tensioner was failing thus the rattling noises. After that he gives a detailed explanation of the procedures on what are needed to be replaced (fan belt tensioner & fan belt) and provides me with a reasonable price.

Throughout the process, Mr Chew and the staffs kept me updated on how the repairs were going and answered my question in layman's term. Their exceptional communication has increased my confidence in their services.

My first choice for anything engine-related is now APG, regular maintenance or repairs regardless.💯💯

baca banyak juga review baik, tapi i had bad experienced here. there is malay lady staff pakai tudung and spek, this staff was not friendly, macam tak nak layan customer, rude also. i tak pernah lagi experience kene cari frame sendiri at any optometris, usually they will come and asking apa yang diorang boleh bantu, dan akan cadangkan frame yang sesuai dengan kehendak pelanggan. Please the owner take note this malay lady don't want to work.

On the way to Penang for holiday and the exhaust of my car suddenly became louder than usual. Worry about the sudden issue, found APG through Google and went for a checkup. As I suspected, my exhaust cracked. The guy who checked my car, I assumed that he's the boss, was super nice and very very accommodating. He assured me that it's a small issue and he even offered me to his connection to fix it for me or I can fix it once I'm back home. Not once did he try to push anything upon me. I'm really thankful for his time and help. I wish to apologize since I felt like I was wasting his time. To anyone who needs help with their vehicles in Penang, please go to APG. 10/10 would recommend!
