Very bad school. In bad location. Imagine teaching your children that its ok to block traffic. Selfishness

Shameful behavior. It's a roundabout and the left lane is supposed to ease traffic by needing not to wait. But somehow 2 lanes from the roundabout exits into 1 lane because of this school.

A very poor experience with the admission and management. My kid was first told to join y7 which was then became y6 or possibly y5. When questioned why the change, they replied "that is if she joined earlier. But she didn't". Gv me the impression that the school just wants quick money n "punish" anyone who didn't come first time. Later found that the offer is based on "whats available" rather than what's right for the student. Typical school which cares only in filling up spaces. Agree with a review below "each student is just money". There are many schools in the similar price range with solid quality. Parents please choose a school where the management is not clueless.

At Pine Hills Subang campus, the teachers are kind, understanding and make the kids feel empowered. Teachers and Principal communicate frequently with parents and provide detailed and honest feedback. We have seen our son's self confidence develop greatly in the short time since he started with the school this year and he enjoys going to school. Fantastic job to Principal Isaac and all the teachers in the mainstream and GK department at PH Subang campus for creating such a positive environment! Sports Day 2024 also was a huge success! Pine Hills International School's Sports Day at Bukit Jalil stadium was a huge success! The venue was amazing and the staff were super passionate and organized, even in the hot weather. As parents, we were so happy to see our kids having such a great time. Highly recommend this school!

I am really blessed to be part of the Pine Hills International School family. The management is really good and understand what a staff wanted to develop their skills. They are giving opportunities to all the young teachers and other office staffs to be part of them and reach the career goal as what each individual wanted. Training and guidance provided for all the staffs from all levels. I fully recommend this School for all the teachers and other candidates to start their career in this School. To the parents, you can enroll your kids here as the teachers are really good and School's facilities are good for the your kids.

Picked up some school books/supplies for a client on 06.03.24. Seems like a good school. Very tight security (as it should be), guards are highly professional, school staff were extremely helpful as well. Felt very safe inside within the school perimeter. Parked outside.

Please improve your student pick up system and stop causing massive traffic jams for everyone else.

this is my own personal experience with this school, and it’s my own opinions. this school is the lowest of the lows, i have no idea how they manage to get away with such poor quality of maintenance. please take the time to read my review as well as many others that have been left below

1. they make students wash toilets, this was introduced back in 2016 if i remember correctly, its been 8 years since then and they still enforce it. i have gotten sick before because of washing the toilet, i don’t think this is the kind of school you’d want your kids to be in

2. ⁠money face. this school is so money faced, everything we do needs to be paid, i had to pay to receive my OWN graduation picture, it was rm5 yeah but it should’ve been free since it was MY face on it

3. ⁠location. they said they were going to move location for so many years, they planned it when both my sibling and i was still schooling, it’s been years since my sibling graduated and 2 years since i graduated and they never even made 1% of the move, so when they say they are planning to move, DO NOT BELIEVE IT!!

4. ⁠high fees for low quality. you would be paying a RIDICULOUS amount of school fees to a school that doesn’t even ensure a safe environment for your kids, the school is located in a factory area which is incredibly dangerous, and not to mention, the fees keep on increasing every year, and yet facilities were never upgraded, environment never changed.

the only DECENT thing about this school is the amount of kind and nurturing teachers, one of whom i consider like a second significant figure in my life because of the role he played, other than that, this school is the worst and you would be wasting your hard earned money for a low standard, you’re better sending your kids off to sri emas or any other PROPER international school because this school is not and never will be an international standard school

Please be wise when reading reviews about this school. Mostly are written by their own people. Speak to current and ex parents - they experienced their negative feedback being removed. This is the only school which will go all the way to hide the truth. Legal action and threatening calls for sharing experience? so not cool!

Worst school, made us travel to this school and cancelled the badminton match. Extremely poor management!!!!

No school is perfect but I do appreciate how they have help my son go from a hyper kid lacking focus to help channel it through class projects which he is good at. And have given extra classes to subjects he was behind in. There are some committed teachers here I hope they keep it up cause I can really see the change in my son.

Classrooms need a fix up as well as general maintenance and upgrade like the kids lockers. I get its relatively an old school… but do consider investing on the internal fixes.

There is issues with uniform which is quite silly how long it took for us to buy them. The appointed vendor needs to buck up.

Worse school and worse managements as well. They’ve asked me to stop during my practicals because of false accusations from a rather retarded teacher which is probably mentally struggling with her mid 40-s life crisis and here I am today working in Hong Kong in an international school which is reputable and probably earning more than the principal himself 😂 do not send your children here, they don’t educate and rather discriminate. Forgot to give my reviews as I thought what happened was normal until a parent reached out to me asking about this school and it’s management. Truly bad shape , do not send your children to this school, they’re trying to convert kids into Christianity and they don’t focus on bigger and important issues. A practical or an intern deserves the same respect that you give to any other senior teacher, you should always investigate both sides of the story and do not jump to assumptions. 🙏

Enrolled my kid. But never recommend. Admission office is in chaos. Nothing worked well. Only brand new facility was satisfied.

we are about to move to Kuala Lumpur from Turkiye so We have to find a school for our 7 year old son. Lessons are all English or not? Our son doesn't speak Malay at all. Thanks in advance.

Sending my kids here from another international school, is the best decision ever.
My kids may not score with flying colors academically, but that's not our focus. They have learned to be more independent, more thoughtful, more responsible of their daily chores, and their friends.
Who cares if you have the best doctors, best engineers, best accountants, but do not have the right attitude.
This school helps to build my kids to be a responsible human, preparing them for the future.

Worse school ever my kid went in. The environment is bad and the school is surrounded by factories, school building is also very bad. I have been told a lot of times that the school will move to a new place and did not. Many good teachers left because of the school.

Started my daughter here last year when she was 6 years old.. Initially looking at the Google review I was skeptical, but decided to give it a shot..teacher Joyce was nothing but an amazing class teacher with great talent and skills with children.. She is so dedicated and committed to her students, always bringing the best in them be it in education or their moral values.. She always takes the extra effort to update us parents including gentle reminders on all activities that's happening be it PE sessions, school trips, photograph session, sports day, carnival day, concert day and even kids birthday celebrations in school.. She also takes extra care on children's welfare especially when they are not well, she is quick to update us.. Parents are always well informed about everything and we (the parents and the kids)
are all well prepared for every event.. We love how she so efficiently deals with the kids.. Most importantly my daughter and her friends enjoys their class with teacher Joyce and there is remarkable progress in them.. We hope that the all the kids will continue to get the same if not better quality of education and care from all the other teachers in every grade in Oakbridge international school that we (the parents & the students) feel that we have made the best choice in choosing the RIGHT school.
(On a separate note we also hope that the school will take extra effort with the maintenance of the school ie paint and facilities..)

As a person who still studies at Srikl, I'm pleased to say that I enjoy going to this school. Next year I am entering Grade 5, so far based on my observations, nothing is really going wrong in this school. But the only thing that bugs me is the traffic! Every morning and afternoon, there are jams around that area. Anyways, I've met some pretty nice teachers but I've never seen bad teachers in my school. Maybe at their time there were some bad teacher but so far now, luckily there's none. They also gave us to do fun activities once in a while, like for instance on the last day of school, we had an explore race that let's us do many interesting things and last month, us 4 graders get to go to some science place. So for now, I will rate my school aka this school 4 stars.

The dorms at Sunway International School are the worst.
When we entered the dormitory, they said they would leave it up to the children's independence and they were free to go out on weekends, but since October of this year, due to a sudden change in the system, they are not allowed to go out on weekends at all and are now living in a convenience store and Uber Eats and living in confinement.
Most of the parents and students explained to the matron why they were against this, but she insisted that it could not be helped because it was a decision made by the top management.
It is impossible that convenience stores and Uber Eats are sufficient to meet their nutritional needs.
The lack of communication between the supervisors has resulted in different responses from different people, and they are putting all their effort into locking up the children without any regard for their mental health.
Sunway International School is desperate to attract new customers with the opening of their new building, but I would never recommend entering the dormitories. It is a prison with guards, not matrons.

Fairview International School Subang Jaya is an eminent institution that has up-skilled educators and employees to deliver quality International Baccalaureate primary and middle year programs to their students. As a student currently progressing my final year in this reputable institution, I want to express my gratitude to all the teachers and staff for their additional supervision and care, which have played a remarkable role in pioneering my IB learner profiles.

Notably, the interactive learning system has prodigiously expanded my comprehension, particularly the open-mindedness of the educators that supported my personal growth in various areas including metacognition, adopting a variety of group roles, presentation skills, spatial awareness, and interpreting data. Generally, the guidance and care of the educators are beyond the expression of words. "Good teachers know how to bring out the best in students".

I have faith that the Fairview Subang community will thrive as a harmonious whole.

My girls have been with Fairview subang jaya since they were in their reception years. We feel that the IB program prepares our kids for the real life, making them to be more independent and global thinkers, constantly learning to adapt to different situations. Fairview teachers are caring and they are very patient, willing to guide my kids especially during online classes and updating me about my children's progress when is needed. The teachers also provide great support especially for my dyslexic child, and are willing to create notes,and presentations which makes it easier for her to understand.

Our twins joined Fairview International School Subang primary 1 last year. We are glad that we have chosen this school as we can see significant improvement in them. From the initially anxious and reserved kids, they are growing into enthusiastic, positive, and more importantly happy learners. Fairview teachers always encourage them to be open-minded, try their best, persevere and be confident. We are especially impressed by the inclusive practice and warmth shown by teachers and students in Fairview. This helped our children to settle in smoothly, and also indirectly inspired them to learn to be kind and caring. The IB program not only imparts knowledge to students, but also incorporates real-world applications, and soft skills that students need in real life. Fairview Subang has demonstrated strong commitment in ensuring learning continues effectively even during this Covid-19 pandemic period. We had been looking for a school that could help to nurture our children to be passionate and independent learners, learn how to learn, and be compassionate; we feel Fairview Subang fits the bill. So far, we are happy with this school experience and we are grateful for the Fairview Subang team's effort.
