wow very low star, only 2.7. dari pengalaman sendiri, memang bad service. sop pendaftaran pun sangat messy, tak clear. buat orang tertanya2. in terms of doctors communication&manners pun sama. out. very rude. tak mesra.tak investigate betul2. sop clinical examination very weird

Although sometimes there's a lot of people around but fortunately everyone is following the rules to wait until their turn to get served.
I will say the doctors and nurses are way friendly than the klinik guards they really act like police... The guards are so rude.... Have some sense of care when we bring elderly people not everyone able to walk alone. So we need to guide or drop them inside the walk way if clinic. The management should educate them. Tq

Saya call untuk bagitahu tidak dapat hadir epoiment,tapi cara nurse tu cakap sangat mengecewakan tak bagi kerjasama saya tanya bila pulak boleh pergi katanya nanti ,nanti tu bila maksud saya,saya telefon bagitau PON dah cukup baik ,dari diam !!!!
Very bad service I have ever seen at government clinics. Calling the patients names very randomly. One of the patient an old Chinese uncle fainted and fell down but the nurses come to the place very late not take immediate action to save the old uncle. Totally very dissatisfied with this clinic’s service. Registration steps need to update.

Went for my first visit as pregnant mom. All misi are super friendly and fun and polite! My appointment is 2pm. I arrived at 1.40 and queue outside for them to open the door (after lunch break i guess). By 1.45 we were all allowed in the clinic. The clinic is fully air conditioned and has enough seating areas too. I did blood + urine test, dentist consultation and opening of pink book. Got my med and left the clinic by 4.30. The time spent is considered ok for me. Most importantly I am very grateful for misi and the facility government has provided us.
Paling awal mai, sampai skr pun tak dapat nombor lagi, lambat datang punya sudah dapat nombor, tiap-tiap kali pun macam ini, bukannya sekali shj.
Have been trying to call for almost 1 hour and no one is picking up the phone. What a total ineffective system.
What's even worst is patients are asked to drop their cards at the doctor's clinic personally. Have been going to this KK Kulim for years and there has been no improvement at all. What an ineffective administration.

Worst service ever, if patient forgets to bring mask means.. prepared spare for cost charge. Make patients wait in this heavy weather. Is this the way to treat an unwell person?

Nurse yang jaga counter kat klinik kesihatan butterworth, semua pemegang PHd kahhh? Kalau hampa pandai sgt, tak duduk la dkt counter, lain kali adab tu jaga!!! Kalau kerja hampa susah sgt resign je la!!!!!! A chinese pharmacist lady and a security lady, were more beauty and brilliant, than you guys that sitting at counter!!!!
Pertama kali dtng, kenapa semua nurse kat sini sangat rude, xboleh cakap n tanya elok3 ka ??? siapa yg handle klinik kesihatan ni tlng ambik tindakan staff yg rude ... sangat teruk untuk yg pertama kali datang klinik ni .
BIASA SAYA TIMBANG SIAP SENDIRI , NTI NURSE TU TINGGAL TULIS JE DALAM BUKU , MACAM AKU BARU SEKALI FOLLOW UP KAT SINI. SEPANJANG AKU FOLLOW UP OK JE, SORANG TU JAK PELIK SIKIT, MOODY, MCM NAK TAKNAK JAK KERJA, NI PUN TERPAKSA CHECK UP SINI SEBAB SEMUA ORG REKOMEN CEK GOV KONONNYA DETAIL. TP LAYANAN ADUHAI , PENAT SUDAH KALI BEKERJA . REHAT² LAH KAMU.
0 star untuk dr valli ragunathan, bwk ibu uzur untuk dptkan surat pengesahan kesihatan terkini seperti yg dipinta oleh KWAP Cyberjaya (email lengkap dr KWAP dilampirkan) tetapi Dr hanya memberi laporan kesihatan yg dilakukan oleh yg lama pada 2022.

Semua dokumen yg Dr Valli U52 sediakan telah ditolak oleh KWAP.
Saya amat kecewa dgn service DR valli sepatutnya sebagai Dr dia sepatutnya tahu apa yang perlu oleh jabatan kerajaan KWAP.
Assalamualaikum....Dan Salam Sejahtera buat non-muslim.... Saya Buleh Di Kata Kan Tiap-tiap Bulan kena pergi dah dekat 15 tahun.Yang Bekerja di sana Kebanyakkan dah Kenal saya ,anak saya Husna dnpak cik saya.Bayang kan ANAK Kesayangan saya Dr Umur 14 Hari Smpai Skrg Dah 8 thn🏥🚑pi balik.
Tentang Staf yg bertugas dh lama kebanyakan Baik -baik dan Peramah👍.
Do i owe nurse money or a life ? Can’t speak properly? So rude. Mask can be small matter. What’s matter is attitude. If doesn’t like this job then quit or transfer to other department. Make your life happier. Every babies cry. If your baby do not cry, your baby having same issue with you. If got brain then use it or else leave earth. Service counter staffs need a very very serious improvement and training. Disappointed ever seen. Strongly suggest staffs at the counter go training in Hai Di Lao Steamboat group. They are more professional on service side. FYI, all the staff at counter does not have any name tag with them.
Ramai....pintu depan kena buat 1garisan untuk beratur, atau pasang tali,sebab warga emas ni depa kan reti beratur,koi tua koi terok, staf nes tak larat nak bagitau,bila marah orang tu,ramai yang tak cek suhu,lari masuk, staf kesihatan ok,banyak membantu,cuma ada sorang,senyum pun tak mau,laki,lupa nak ambil nama dia,senang nak Emil,aduan.
Worst experience, horrible doctor. Sy dtg sbb sakit kpala pening teruk dan alami muntah berhari2 lps covid (post-covid) dan atas saranan org dtg sbb gov ad kepakaran kununnya berbanding private clinic. Pening dan sakit kpala smpi ssh nk berdiri berjalan, nurse terus ambil wheelchair, dan diarahkan terus ke kecemasan tgkt ats (nurse yg suruh). Di kecemasan, nurse chinese llki brbaju hijau sgt xprofessional (kira tempoh quarantine covid pun kelaut), dan dia ckp knp x test covid lgi lps tu (padahal dah tmt tempoh 7hari utk ap lgi nk test). Tak tahu procedure di situ mgkin disebabkn post covid, atau dia xtahu nk decide dia call doctor bwh, doctor bwh plak suh turun jmpa dia. Ok kita pun turun, dgn wheelchair ye sian husband sy tolak, di tendang ke sana sini, dgn kita yg menahan sakit. Smpi bwh doctor Indian girl marah husband knp xjmpa sini dlu, padahal nurse yg suruh ke kecemasan, pening nya system. Doctor tanya lgi sakit apa knp dtg (penat nk ulang2 pdahal dah tulis) dgn sinis doctor ckp laa post covid mmg la batok, excuse me doctor sy bkn complaint batok sy dh berhari sakit kpala smpai muntah2 lps covid tu, Doctor lgsung xcheck apa2, tulis ambik ubt kt pharmacy shj (ubt pening paracetamol ubt batok). Allahu, kita dtg kk ada sbb nk minta di check betul2, klu mcm tu baik sy beli ubt sakit kpla kt kedai shj. Husband sy sgt kecewa terus bwk sy pergi private, blood test etc mmg condition tak ok. I normally respect doctor gov but this doctor so rude disrecpectful n unprofessional.
First time klinik kesihatan guna alat temperature check macam dekat mal. Sah2 alat tu tak tepat. Demam aku punya tinggi pagi td, check pakai machine tu dpt 36.8c. Dah tu doc sana memang xdak alat check suhu sendiri ya? Dah 4 hari aku demam. Balik dari KK, aku p klinik swasta, check suhu dapat 38.5c. Nampak sangat doc sini tak beretika. Entah berapa ramai orang demam disuruh kerja. Aku kalau tak sakit memang tak p klinik. Igt saja2 p klinik nak mc? Dah memang badan panas.
Bawa mak untuk monthly checkup, result darah kena minta sendiri dengan nurse. Apa salahnya result tu terus masukkam dalam buku pesakit, lebih memudahkan. Kesian klu kena pd orang tua yg dah tak larat, tanpa bantuan. Tolongla ada improvement sikit
A government facility is difficult to evaluate given the many constraints and challenges they face. Obviously, facilities and services can be further improved. But concerning the doctors and nurses, it is obvious they are doing their best given the situation. There is a big parking lot but it's still not enough.
System ok daa,, cuma perlu ditambahkan 'papan electronik angka giliran' Di bahagian tempat menunggu pergigian kerana dibahagian hadapan selalunya kerusi penuh dgn pesakit menunggu..terima kasih
