They have a few options between cats and dogs. We picked the corgi option as that was the only option available for us. The place is clean and flooded with corgi and some other outlier (poodles, pekingese, cavalier spaniel, and others). Staff are very professional in handling the animals and even share some insights into the dogs world. Do make a reservation before heading down as the bookings slot are limited.

I bought a Siberian husky here. It has a good appearance. Now it is very beautiful. When I have a question that I don't understand, I will ask the boss William. He patiently gives answers and suggestions. The service and after-sales attitude is very good.

Good service, helpful staffs. My cat is a little bit aggressive but they are able to handle him nicely during the lion cut session. This have been my 4th time sending him.

Worst case ever.Sent puppy for boarding and my furkid came back with mouth full of blood.Since sent for boarding did check with the pic and then mentioned puppy is doing good not to worry when asked for photos all they said if no updates from us means ur puppy is doing fine.Ended up came back with broken tooth and he is down until today.We have been sending to many boarding and no issues this is the first time we experienced it.Worst place ever

The best place untuk hantar anak-anak bulus. Dulu pernah hantar 3 anak bulus di sini untuk buat rawatan mandian . The way they handle anak-anak bulus ni sangat bagus. Lemah lembut je. Sangat recommended.

kenapa bodoh eah aku baru nak komen sekarang! 1tahun lepas aku pernah antau kucing aku ke hotel ni! after 1/2 minggu aku ambik kucing dengan keadaan xboleh jalan! kurus kering dan menyakitkan hati aku! ekor penuh luka darah! aku bawak ke klinik! selepas 5hari aku dapat call kucing aku mati wey! kucing tu aku kutip dekat kedai makan sebab sakit! bawak klinik air penuh dalam perut nak sampai ke hati! dah kluwau kan sikit air dan menerima beberapa rawatan selama 3hari! dah sembuh sikit aku bawak balik then nak balik ke kampung aku nak antau hotel dr ain tapi full! aku cari google jumpa ni! lepas aku ambik keadaan yang menyedihkan! aku call tanya kenapa? (owner hotel kucing ni jawab! kucing awak duduk dekat tanah jah, xnak masuk sangkar) sedang kan kucing tu xgarang!

persoalan sy; ( kenapa xangkat dia masuk dalam sangkar?) aku bayau tau sehari RM20 untuk service yang baik! tapi kenapa korang kejam?

Sangat sangat mengecewakan. Bayar mahal tapi layanan macam Kita ni mengemis mintak tolong jaga kucing. Balas whatsapp macam mintak gaduh dengan customer. Alasan kucing terlalu banyak sampai tak boleh nak reply Elok2 chat customer. Mintak tolong ubah cara layanan terhadap customer.
