Staff were approachable and helpful when answering my questions, I got a new pair of spectacles done within an hour. My spectacles costed RM195, which was actually quite affordable! A good thing is that you get to try out the frames without a staff snooping around, and the eye check was done quick, efficient!
The best eyewear shop in JB, bought many lens and frame from this shop, what can I say the frame and lens are more cheaper compare to other shop. bought one Oakley frame from here and the price is 50% cheaper from other retails shop , one of the best part is knowing Mr. YIM. a very nice guy who will attend and recommended frame and lens that suitable for your budget and the service for lens replacement is quite fast compare to others. wont regret to pay visit this shop.
Went to Toppen for wife new spec. Came across MOG and attended by branch manager Mr Yim. Friendly, concise, knowledgeable and honest. End up made 2 pairs- for wife and I. Awesome service.
My favourite go-to person is Wen Hui, whom I met at OOPPA pre Covid and has been managing my kids and my optical issues for many years. Now post Covid and I am so happy and grateful that she is still at OOPPA CS and her service is still excellent. Their company now provides delivery service to SG and makes it easier for me to order contact lenses as well. Generally the team at Coty Square is really cohesive and warm. Keep up the great work!

It was stress free experience with optometrist Nadyah(Yaya), and I also got my eyes checked for cataracts.

I’ve visited and made purchases at their branch at City Square and Paradigm Mall. Both outlets have superb customer service and it’s amazing that every staff is polite and pleasant. I liaise with Herlina at City Square and she is so patient and nice. There are so many optical shops but MOG is my preferred! Their contact lens prices are the best! Thank you!

It was our first time here and Kelvin was super patient and friendly as he explained the differences in contact lenses and also transition glasses for us! My experience at MOG Paradigm Mall was excellent. Syria was highly professional and had a great sense of style, suggesting alternative frames. The shop was spacious, allowing my sister and I to comfortably rest after placing our contact lenses in saline. The eye check was quick and accurate, confirmed by my optometrist a week later. Syria patiently explained different lens types and was knowledgeable about their products. Despite initially expecting a longer wait, I received my spectacles in just 6 days, which was surprisingly fast for the holiday season. Thank you, Syria and team at MOG Paradigm Mall!

I recently went to Ooppa and had a great experience. Mr. Low was super helpful and friendly, making me easy to pick out the right glasses. The glasses are really well-made and stylish. I got my new glasses pretty quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need glasses.

Went to pick up new pair of glasses from Ooppa. Have been coming to this particular shop for years and their service and products have always been consistently ace. For my recent pair, I was served by Yan Kuan who very patiently went through all the points with me during the selection process. During the collection, he also highlighted certain aspect of the frame which helpfully cleared some query I had. Very appreciative of his service. Highly recommended!

having a good experiences starts from the outlet until downstairs during the event of Sun Life on 16/5/24.. all the staffs are friendly and very helpful. will renew my spectacles here next time.
Mr Dylan gives a very good service as he explains whether our eyes are healthy or not and has a lot of patience to explain.
I m really happy because I finally found a great pair of glasses. In the past, I always struggled with getting the right prescription, and I felt very nervous during Vision test, unable to distinguish between colors like red and green, which appeared too bright.
I specifically wanted to write a review to THANKS Wei Ming Oppa because I am quite introverted and lack confidence. When I was browsing the glasses frames, he approached me. I was nervous at first, but he greeted me warmly and listened to my concerns. I explained my issues, and he reassured me that it was okay and guided me through each step of the testing process.
First, he used instruments to examine my eyes and then patiently explained some bad habits that were causing glare issues. Next came the most nerve-wracking part, the screen test & the lens test .(I had a bad experience at another place where the optometrist was impatient and straight ask me to the eye clinic to do the test, which made me sensitive to this part of the test)
However, Wei Ming was friendly, patient, and professional, making what seemed impossible achievable.
Choosing frames and lenses was also very smooth, and he provided valuable advice on how to wear glasses correctly and protect our eyes.
CONCLUSION :I will definitely come back for my future glasses needs. I am truly grateful for Wei Ming's service. Thank you for your excellent service. Highly recommended!

What's more, they offer delivery service to Singapore, saving me the hassle of returning to collect my glasses. A family member and I both bought prescription lenses from this optical shop in JB for the second time.
This time round, the progressive lenses we have chosen would be the Hoya brand.
The Assistant Manager was patient in testing our vision and in selection of the frames. ( Great service from this guy, he should be promoted!) As both the frames are in the price range of MYR 1,790 ~3,500, we think that the service provided can be justified for the premium pricing.
It took about 2.5 weeks to receive our customised prescription spectacles in Singapore. The time to receive is reasonable having that this shop in JB sent it to Hoya Thailand’s factory for the customisation before sending to us by express delivery in Singapore.
Happy with the slight discount given to my lenses for the anti-blue ray function.

Actually doesnt deserve any star. Customer service very bad. Staff were rude. Its normal when customer take time to choose spec that fit to their face. They were impatient and just walk away. Dont work if you dont know how to entertain customer. Play phone and sit all the time. I prefer batu pahat outlet, staff very friendly and helpful. Will never repeat this outlet.

baca banyak juga review baik, tapi i had bad experienced here. there is malay lady staff pakai tudung and spek, this staff was not friendly, macam tak nak layan customer, rude also. i tak pernah lagi experience kene cari frame sendiri at any optometris, usually they will come and asking apa yang diorang boleh bantu, dan akan cadangkan frame yang sesuai dengan kehendak pelanggan. Please the owner take note this malay lady don't want to work.

Bought a pair of Varilux progressive lens with spectacle frame from them and served by Kenny. He told me it should take around 1 week for the lens to be ready so I arranged for delivery to Singapore and he said shop will whatsapp me before sending the specs out. I called back around 9 days later as did not hear from them and understand they have shipped out the specs on the 7th day. Got the consignment note from him via whatsapp and I realised my mobile was updated wrongly and whatsapp him back. He replied after awhile and confirmed he has updated the correct number to shipping company.
Received the specs 3-4 days later and it was packed safely and satisfied with it.

Poor Service , the sales guy just standing at the counter for 15 min and didnt even approach us.
Good service. Went to sister store Anggun in same shopping mall, sunglasses buy 1 free 1, salesperson said cannot request stock from other branches. Then I went to Focus point, they were having same promotion, salesgirl said she can get the stock i want immediately from Anggun so i can get two pairs and enjoy b1f1, super helpful. I ended up buying 6 pairs of sunglasses, 3 pairs were transferred from other branches.
Thanks to Mr Yim who is very friendly, attentive and patience to explain different type of lenses to solve my eye sights issue where finally chosing the office lenses that best suitable for me. Good service and recommended!

The staff were extremely friendly and approachable. Unlike some salespersons who may come across as being imposing, I was very much impressed with the services of the staff at the store. They shared with me the promotions, recommended glasses that I needed, instead of just selling me thingsI visited the store today at around 11am-2pm, there was a Chinese guy and a Malay female attending to me. Extremely helpful. Thank you!
