ส่วนตัวคิดว่าถ้าไม่ได้ตั้งใจมาดูศิลปินโดยเฉพาะอาจจะไม่ค่อยเหมาะมากเท่าไหร่ เพราะอาจจะเจองานที่ไม่เหมาะกับความชอบส่วนตัวของคุณได้ แต่ถ้าหากคุณมีเวลาเหลือก็แวะมาดูได้ไม่เสียหายครีบ

Pierwsze co się rzuca w oczy to świetna architektura z zewnątrz i wewnątrz. O ile nie trafiliśmy na jakieś wyjątkowo ciekawe wystawy, warto było poznać historię tego miejsca i jego twórcy. Warto odwiedzić.

One of the things that I like the most about this shop is that the employee explain about the origin of the chocolate and the way they produced it..It such a pleasure that I could have a taste of the chocolate they made, sooo delicious!!!

This chocolate store is a gem of an artisanal chocolate store! They make beautifully crafted chocolates. The staff is very knowledgeable and offering excellent recommendations. They provide an incredible chocolate experience. Highly recommend!

We had sandwiches and Alcohol. Unfortunately, there was Coffee available.

Service
It was good, smooth and in a reasonable time.

Atmosphere
Love the brick wall. The furniture layout is in very close proximity.

Location
It's on the 1st floor. Old steep wooden narrow stairs.

Parking
It's hard to locate. Good luck.

The artists for the night did a great job engaging the crowd and performance was great.

However, the bad rating is for the venue and the food.

The seats are very uncomfortable and we were seated nearer to the back where we can barely see the artists’ heads throughout the performance and that is for the same full price which isn’t worth it. The place overall also felt overcrowded.

We ordered a cake and drinks and the cake order was left out by the server but we understand since it was a busy time it happens but when the cake arrived it tasted stale and look like it had been left overnight.

Unless you can come way earlier to book a seat right in front of the stage, it is not worth the price.

paid rm70/each for entrance fee and we got to enjoy the live band for around 2 hours ish. booked it through their website. the audience that night was so cool and we sang along together.

if you are familiar with mee tarik KL, this place is literally opposite of the restaurant.

was a bit scared that they wouldn't let us enter because we wore the hijab but all is good 😊 we only drank the apple juice 🤣

will definitely come again! hoping for a jazz night (maybe with laufey songs 🤭)soon!

We went their to celebrate our friends birthday though the show ended before 12am couldn't blow out the birthday candles and surprise our friends as we told the staff before to hide the cake and later had it takeway because the show ended. We thought the show gonna go on till 12:30.
But overall everything was good. Their service is smooth and top notch. The staff is really nice. Highly recommended place for dates and birthday parties :)

Over the past two years we have been regular, indeed frequent, patrons of this music venue. The ambiance of JaoTim provides the ideal conditions to create the perfect atmosphere to really enjoy the musical performances and we have had many memorable nights enjoying the performances of various, highly talented, local performers and we have always found the JaoTim staff to be very friendly. Having said that, JaoTim is not perfect, there are many negatives. The really uncomfortable seats, the very limited and never changing food menu, the expensive drinks and only one choice of beer. Ladies, you will hate the fact that there is only one female toilet and there isn't even a changing room for the performers, so they are forced to sit near the bar putting on their makeup. However we have happily put up with and tended to look past all of these. That was until 30th May 2024 when we attended a Jazz show by 'Boys That Swing'. The performance put on by these five young local musicians was great, but the evening was utterly ruined by a table of middle aged men and women that talked incessantly. We asked them to be quiet, but this request was ignored. At the interval we even moved forward to a then empty table to get away from them, but a few minutes later another couple arrived, joined this group and the talking started over again. We asked them a second time to be quiet or if they must talk to relocate to the far end of the venue, their reply was to tell us to move closer to the band!
This is a 'pay to enter' music venue and so the ability to be able to enjoy the performance should be a given and the venue management should ensure such bad behaviour is dealt with immediately, for no other reason than respect to paying customers and also the performers. We saw nothing to indicate that the JaoTim management even care.

We came to just have a look but got pulled into a political discussion if what's happening in Palestine is considered genocide or war by us. The saleswoman was very convinced about her base of information. They sell a product and donate to help Palestine become an independent state.

After we concluded the topic and we were about to leave she tried to push us into buying at least one chocolate, even though we explained that the heat would melt every product we'd buy. That was rather confusing, as her answer to our question, why there is so little chocolate in Malaysia, as it produces a lot of cocoa, was, that it's too hot (and milk for milk chocolate is too expensive).

Prices for 100g range between 12 to 20 RM depending on the cocoa amount. The fruit flavours tasted artificial, the overall taste was too sweet, only the 90% one was convincing, but also very expensive.

Menu is small. Mainly for drinks to listen to music. Grilled cheese sandwich and chicken pesto sandwiches are good, crispy sourdough. Cafe has a vibe though. Top marks for ambience and music.

A lovely little shop offering hand made chocolate, you'll find the owner inside packing her own product. Large variety of different chocolates, I highly recommend her pandan chocolate which simply melts in you mouth!

was here attending a jam session. apparently this place hosts a lot of jam sessions where experienced singers take the stage and perform together with a live band. I had a cocktail that was ginger-y in taste (forgot the actual name of it), tasted good. the servers were very attentive and were quick to replenish our water when it runs out. toilets were clean too.

Yummy chocolate. Just a bit sweet. Love the mango and honeydew flavours. Price also okay2 one.
