Sepanjang rawatan saya (Mak Cik Asnah ) nama pesakit , disitu selama hampir 5 bulan, ada seorang pekerja disitu yg benama Cik Najua telah betungkus lumus berusaha utk merawat saya dari luka saya yg parah sampai baik dan sembuh. Diatas keperhatinan dlm tugasnya saya memberi 5 bintang buatnya. selain itu dia seorang yg peramah dan sentiasa betanyakan setuasi keadaan kesihatan saya setiap masa..rasanya budibaiknya tak dpt dinilai dengan wang ringgit...Patunya peketja yg cemerlang dan bedidikasi ddlm menjalankan tugas sebegini...pihak majikan dari klinik tersebut menyediakan anugerah kepd pekerja yg cemerlang agar beliau rasa terus berkhidmat dan rasa beliau dihargai setiap tugasannya..

Tempat yang selesa, layanan yang sangat memuaskan, penerangan yang sangat jelas, hari ni baby malu2 nak tunjuk muka. Harga pun murah sb datang time ada promo. Overall sangat lah recommended untuk check dekat sini.
Alhamdulillah servis terbaik disini lebih2 lagi doktor2 smua lemah lembut dan baik sgt2. Dah 5x repeat servis dengan klinik aurora so far servis cepat, moden dan tiptop. Recommended 👍🏻
Appointment with doctor went smoothly. Dah pergi klinik aurora beberapa kali utk pregnancy punya check up, sangat puas hati dengan layanan dr semua. Masa menunggu pun tak lama. Klinik selesa. Thank you 😊
The doctor and nurses are kind and always with a smiling face. Environment is clean and tidy. Looks very peaceful.

Got my instant blood test today and had a good experience with friendly staffs and nice doctor. Most importantly, they can communicate well in English (strongly recommended for people who can't converse well in Malay. Thumbs up!)
Even though just a simple blood test, Doctor was very careful checking my medical history. Staffs are very attentive too. 👍👍👍

Come twice with different doctor but the same problem. My second time went there, the doctor didnt check my fever temperature, didnt check my blood pressure and also didnt check my sore throat. Come on second time after 10days of ear infection as I am expecting a good treat to recover but failed.

honestly if this calibre of doctor and service can do clinic, i think anyone can do clinic alrdy, the doctor here is a joke, he said i had an issue and when i demonstrate to him i didnt he still say i got, i went to a second doctor and confirmed icon clinic doctor is a joke. the doctor didnt even listen to my heartrate or breathing then give me diagnosis. somemore when call, nobody will answer the phone for icon clinic. if you want to recover and not die, please choose another clinic.

RECOMMENDED 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 clinic cantik, bersih dan luas tempat menunggu. Mempunyai tempat untuk anak-anak bermain sementara. Doctor and staff semua peramah and selalu tersenyum bila bertanya dan terangkan detail ubat😃😃.
Service slow gila. 1jam 1/2 menunggu. Baik pergi KK je mcmtuh. Staff dia sangat tidak friendly. Cuma doc dia je yang ok
Datang tadi pukul 1 pagi tadi. doc lelaki baik sangat, penerangan dia sangat bagus, aku yg tak faham pun dia faham kan beberapa kali. semua ubat yg bagus dia bagi . best tempat pun bersih. mmg anak sakit selalu gi sini je
layanan yang sangat memuaskan , staff and doctor semua baik baik and sabar layan patient . baby taknak tunjuk muka doc suruh pusing pusing dulu and sanggup tunggu sampai nak nampak baby tapi baby yang malu malu but isokay . overall service dari clinic ni memang padu insyaallah will repeat next time ❤️
worst clinic ever. consultant tak sampai 5mins and kena charge rm55? and literally the doctor just pegang leher taksampai 10 saat nak check condition. then dia kata nak bagi ubat tahan sakit. and i cakapla ubat tahan sakit ada dah just bagi muscle relaxant jela and he had the audacity cakap 'bistu datang sini nak apa?' orang nak tahu bengkak ke terseliuh ke and pegang leher saja terus cakap bagi ubat and thats all????
Doctor bad at diagnosis, he simply diagnose me as lower back pain. Eventho I explicitly explained my symptoms. He didn’t even check my lower back.

Couple times went for emergency as the patient is not feeling and some how the clinic is always close at weird timing and not follow as stated on Google.
Among the clinic I had treatment I would say the Bagan Poliklinik Medicine thr most effective and service are good.
Please respect patient/customers. Harap you improve lagi you punya tatacara layan cust/patient. Especially registration counter.

All doctors are professional, helpful and polite. I met Dr Tan Tser Chin recently and he is especially very caring, humble and attentive. This clinic would definitely be my first choice.

Came for Jaundice check up only but waited for 1 hour. Long hours on weekend. (Sunday). Many patient.
Not ease for parking at this area due to people from Pavilion Bukit Jalil parked and cross bridge to the mall.

I was on holiday and need to do my wound dressing with a lady doctor.
Kudos to Klinik Anda Batu Berendam, esp the staff nurse SHIKIN. She follows up on customers call, she did the dressing with the lady doctor advice with cautious, patience and friendly.
Really appreciate her attitude to make patients feel comfortable.
The clinic was spacious and lovely. With cosy interior.

Ini kali kedua berlaku kpd keluarga saya. . Orang tua pun tak boleh tahan kalau kena influenza A/B inikan budak kecil. Kami mampu ke tak mampu itu hal kami bukan masalah pihak klinik.. Kalau orang tak mampu tak akan datang ke klinik swasta... Doctor dekat ni belajar kat mana... ??? Tak bertanggungjawab langsung malah bagi jawapan bodoh... mana ada ubat influenza dos 150mg?? Jangan ingat kalau tak belajar medi kami tak tahu... separuh dari ahli keluarga saya kerja dalam medical line. Kalau u takde medicine tak apa.. bagi prescription kami boleh cari dan beli.. Lain kali takut sangat jangan Locum... jangan susahkan orang..

doktor cakap lembut je. hampir hilang rasa demam. memang recommend. lebih bagus dari utama cheng. dulu pergi ke klinik utama sekarang dah berpindah ke klinik ni. lagi bersih dan tandas pon bersih dan harum.
Was waiting with a patient to see the doctor but they were delaying so long and the patient felt even worse. Not recommended for emergencies. Bad service too.

I have been to this clinic few times for different sickness.. The medicine they gave me was very good quality. It might be expensive for others but for me it's worth it because when it comes to health, there is no price limit for it.. The doctors are very friendly and they took time to ask what's wrong with me and gave me advices on how to get well better.. They not only treat me just because I'm paying them but they treat me like a friend. My favorite doctor was Dr Ehsan! He is very gentle and kind doctor.. Would recommend this clinic to everyone!!
