One of the white male staff has this attitude that "all customers are thiefs", makes everyone uncomfortable to shop, that guy should be fired.

The customer service in this store is fantastic. The staff are amazing- friendly and helpful. Every time I go there to either shop or pick up items that I have bought on line, I leave feeling that I have had a memorable and fun experience. Thank you so much.
Purchase all my husband and teens clothing here, great selection and affordable prices. Always helpful and friendly. More retails stores should treat there customers the way these guys treat their customers, love coming back to shop.
Good products, limited range. This store has gone downhill, the staff used to be so helpful. Not anymore.
Great customer service. I was assisted by Devin with suit shopping and it took no time at all to get the right sizes. Devin had a lot of knowledge with the styles and knowing what suit was best for me. Thank you .

I've visited a few other stores around Auckland and the staff are just dull Lol they look miserable & not so friendly nor chatty. Would recommend other stores take note & learn from the Northwest team.

Thank you Joanne for going over and above to locate the Puffer jacket I wanted in my size from another store.It honestly pays going in-store if you can't find the size online.

Super easy website to use with fast and speedy service had my items delivered so fast and was free delivery even better.. had to return in store and they were so helpful and exchanged me straight away

Great service from the store in North West, especially from Reagan (not sure if I spelt her name correctly). She has always been super helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her. Always a good shopping experience. Thanks again.
First time purchasing from anime house and it won't be the last. Super impressed with the price and range of anime stuff especially the funko pop vynil. They had funko pops that I couldn't find anywhere else so I was super impressed with that. Also, when it was delivered, it was packed so well with such care and they even included some clear plastic covers for the pop vynils. Thank you anime house it's the little extra care that makes such a big difference and it's really super appreciated. I highly recommend this place.
I bought two face masks for $10. Super Fast Next day delivery and received a free cute anime key ring!!!
Naruto mask has a little dent in the design, but masks are so comfortable to wear and easy to breath in.

Two click and collect trips to this store for my sons work pants 28th and 29th September- both time happy confident staff. Amazingly helpful even though I made an ordering error. Highly recommend
Has a good/great variety of clothing items.! They have promotions! Sales/discounts and standard pricing options.! To suit your financial needs/wants/situation. Great deals now and again.! Staff are friendly to their customers.! Last time I was there I felt that from them.! Range of sizes and colors! Men and women's range available.! Teenagers to adults sizes!. Seasonal wear!. For different situations.! Different types/styles of garments.! From business to casual for example.
Friendly staff, always seems to be sales on, reasonably good quality clothing at good prices.

Always ho here for there fleece sweatshirts. Great quality, so warm and comfortable. Also end of season sale prices are great. My teenager loves them.

Was in store last weekend,they have some amazing clothes size 12+ (Im usually 14/16 & ended up having to buy a size 12) Got "Virtuelle" branded pants for a steal of a price - just so comfortable & can dress up or down. The colour/print of the fabric is stunning.
This store is well worth a trip to Milford Mall.

Always friendly and welcoming. The staff at Northwest really go out of their way to be accommodating and went the extra mile to help dress myself and my groomsmen for my wedding. Good clothes, good people and my choice is made easy on where to shop!
