Walked in, didn't have a lot of time. Looking at TVs and Joel asked me if I was good while heading to the back for another customer. When he came back he beelined for me, quickly found out what I was after and had some suggestions. I had to leave and come back after a few hours. When I came back Joel had unfortunately had to leave but had left some suggestions with his workmate, Rafael. Rafael quickly got me sorted via Joel's notes and I was in and out with exactly what i needed (75 inch TV, Soundbar system and drop off) in about 10 mins. Thanks team, appreciated.

After being ignored twice by the same person,
We were about to leave but we finally got asked by Isaac if we needed help, and we finally got the best service ever.
Issac is the type of seller you want , no blabla and he will try his best to get you the best price possible.
So if you look to buy stuf ask for Isaac!

Do not shop here. As soon as I entered the store, four salesmen ambushed me and the person i was with asking if we needed any help. Instantly it put us off the place. I was here with my brother who was buying a new phone, and already knew what phone he wanted. He told one of the salesmen that he would like to buy the S23, then the salesmen instantly tried to persuade him into buying the S24. He was very pushy, and wasn't taking no for an answer. He did not get a sale at all. Just near to us while this was taking place, another salesman was talking to an older couple. I overheard that the lady buying a new phone only needed a phone to text and call. Instantly the worker started showing her extremely EXPENSIVE phones that were way too fancy for what she needed. It was clear he was trying to scam them, and he was assuming that they weren't tech savvy. I eyeballed him for a while and he looked super uncomfortable. Eventually I straight up told them that he was trying to scam them into buying something they didn't need. They thanked me. I wish I had gotten these two lovely gentleman's names, as I would not hesitate to name and shame these absolute sharks. Absolute scummy behaviour. Keep in mind these salespeople work off commisions, so the more you spend, the more they get. Do your research before hand, so you can notice when they're trying to get more money out of you. I would not shop here, go to PB tech they're much nicer there.

I purposely and very obviously avoided all the workers standing in one corner,
I walked around to the other end to avoid them but they followed me anyway I don't want to be followed I don't need my hand held while looking at stuff if I want help I'll ask.
I know it's written in there contract but I don't like being followed and hovered over when I tell them I'm just looking and don't need help they screw up their face and act shocked and disgusted that I don't want their help.

i use the internet to figure out what I want before I go in, the workers opinion about a product does not mean anything to me.

Wow! What an amazing customer experience. As soon as I walked in a staff member named John was so friendly and knew exactly what was needed. In a flash he had sorted everything!

After buying a fridge/freezer for $999, getting it home to find there some cosmetic damage to the fridge door. I reported to the Noel Leeming store I bought from, they basically said the damage was down to me and refused to swap it. Hence Noel Leeming have lost a good customer and I wouldn't recommend anyone using Noel Leeming Westgate...

We’ve in the very recent past made few purchases in this Westgate store and were assisted by James, with his technical prowess helped us make the right purchase, he was very patient and answered all our questions like a pro. One of the nicest guys I’ve met in the recent times and I would definitely go to the same store for any prospective buys and get help from him. Even the folks at the billing were very amazing and helpful in answering questions about Apple care. Great work team, keep it going!

Went to look at headphones, they barely had any on display which made it hard to choose. No staff members around for help, had to go looking for someone who just snatched the set I wanted off the shelf, went up to the counter and didn't bother to even acknowledge me for the rest of the transaction. When the sale was processed he just walked away and started talking to someone else. Terrible customer service and so rude.

Absolutely Poor service!! I walked in knowing what I wanted, had a quick look to see if they had it in stock and waiting to be served! About 10mins of waiting and making eye contact with the ladies at front desk still no one came and approached me. I then waited a few more minutes, looked around and employees were still having a good conversation between each other and looking on their phones! I walked out and took my money somewhere else! No customer service in this store!!!!

Not the first time this has happened too! I returned back after months hoping it would be different, however still the same.

I received the BEST customer service here at the Westgate store from Issac. I purchased a TV and unfortunately it was slightly too big to fit in my vehicle. Issac offered up his own personal vehicle for me to use to get the TV to my house. I was blown away by his kindness and generosity! This is outstanding service and he really went out of his way to give me a great shopping experience. Issac deserves a raise!

Another visit made on the 1st of May and another pathetic experience. An Indian or Pakistani male with scruffy hair, in glasses and beard was standing at the entrance asking customers if they were ok, the entire store was vacant. As we walked in, the guy just turned his back on us and left. And then, we had to deal with Kamal, who is new and being trained, maybe you guys can train her to first greet and smile before anything else. She had no clue what I was talking about.

Joel was amazing, but yet another underwhelming experience.

Went there to look for a Dyson. Looked around for a good while, could not spot a single person to help me. The entire store was empty and it had only one other customer. One member of staff just walked past us, made eye contact and looked the other way and just continued walking. Went to Briscoes and bought the hover.

♿🅿️ wheelchair parking and accessibility..why is it I feel I'm going to be asked if I need help everytime I walk in there and sure I enough I do.
I don't mind but twice 🙄..I just want to look and when I'm ready I will ask 🫤

Op zoek naar een koffiezetapparaat werden we geholpen door een verkoper die er niets van begreep. De 2e man die er bij gehaald werd rook vreselijk naar zweet. De muziek in de winkel stond loeihard. Al met al geen prettige ervaring. Volgende keer weer naar Albany.

The staff are really good they approached me straight away. I even asked for better deals on certain product which they have done their best with. Not a massive gameing area.
