Old legacy of a bygone era. Nice staff and reasonable range, but the writing is on the wall for these types of places

Accused of shop lifting by Farmers security in the street outside Centre City. The guy only backed off when I produced my receipt. My 5 year old daughter was in tears. Never going back.

I drove there a couple of weeks ago as my friend 🧡 needed a product and really good service thankyou 🙏 😊

KESS Hairdresser. Wonderful staff 👏 👍 and service 😀. I got a beautiful hair cut 💇‍♀️ ✂️ and a awesome price.

Once again in clothes department was never greeted and got told off for not taking clothes out of dressing room .. whoops

I am a very happy customer at Farmers usually. I’ve been shopping at the New Plymouth branch for over 4 years. I recently experienced a very bad customer service in store. I wanted to purchase some kids clothes but since there was no one in the counter I had to go to a different department counter. The lady over there gave me a very bad attitude and was complaining it was not from her department and etc. I do understand that but I hoped she really had a nice attitude. My husband went to the store again today to buy the stuff I kept on hold yesterday. He got the same disappointment. She did her service properly but the attitude was so bad very unprofessional and unpleasant. Her name was Larisa. I am not a customer who complains generally but I felt so bad after the incident.

Super friendly staff who were so patient with us wanting to smell different perfumes.
Got everything we wanted. I wanted a cheap perfume for work. I finally got the candle I want and a few free room testers. Super happy! My partner got a cologne. Very happy. Also just recently started using the ordinary products. One of the ladies knew a lot about them and was super helpful. Recommend this store
