Sorted my daughters school uniform very preciously

JUS LOVE DIS SHOP SINCE I JAM FOR DA SEAGULLS

Wasn't too happy with my experience given the ques and the long wait for uniform arrival. They have really great staff, just the space I think is too small for their peak periods. Waited 1 whole term for 2 prepaid t-shirts to arrive.

Pre purchased a school polar fleece, waited nearly 5 months for it to "get in". But finally got it. 5 month wait is just not on

Good store, when things aren't in stock they take details and actually contact you when it comes in! Sometimes there's a wait when it's very busy but buying uniforms isn't a simple process and it's a small store so obviously it won't always be quick, but they are open plenty of hours so can always pop back.

Terrible at replying to emails. Unprofessional

Really frustrated. It’s the first Saturday of the school holidays. Drove from Pukekohe to get a winter uniform and there’s a sign saying closed today for stock take. Nothing about this on their website, which would have been better communication for the public. This shop also never answers their phone.

They sent my order for my daughter's school uniform to the wrong place. This caused me a lot of unnecessary stress

Ordered my son's school shirts online on 27 Dec 2023. Have emailed asking when likely to be sent, had no reply. Called the store, got told that due to closing for Christmas break they are back logged, but will do their best to get the shirts sent out before school starts. We are now going into the 3rd week of school and still don't have the shirts. No follow up email, no follow up phone call, no nothing. I will never buy from these guys again.

Would have to be the worst service I have ever experienced! Ordered and paid for product online which never turned up so contacted customer service only to be told they did not have in stock and told me to sort it out with one of the stores. It’s been another 2 weeks and still no outcome! Beware people

My sons tournament was on the 2nd Dec 2023, its now the 9th Jan 2024 and we are yet to have a response to where the additional gear I ordered is. Beyond frustrated I have emailed 5 times now asking to either advise when we are getting additional gear or just issue refund and still no reply. At what point does NZTFI start to use their brains and use another supplier as every year we have these issues with SAS.
