Met a lovely young lady named Stella, who was very helpful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for which was a pair of those lovely fluffy socks for my grandson!
Was there at 10am the fat Indian lady. Not greet me. Just be on her phone the whole time. Had lovely service at Smiggles.

Day staff need basic retail training. Unhelpful with limited knowledge of products - or just a lack of care. Staff engage in personal conversations with each other WHILE serving customers and processing transactions. Absolutely unprofessional. Do better TYPO staff.

So sorry I forgot the names of two lovely staff, who went above & beyond to assist me, with my purchase of a work diary, as they both went the extra mile, as they both were extremely professional, friendly & helpful ...Very impressive. I highly recommend Typo St Lukes😊🙏❤️
