Fantastic place!! Loved the mix of sculptures and smaller pieces!! Incredible selection of jades and artists! Daphne was super helpful and helped me pick out the perfect piece, will definitely be back :)

Thank you Lucy. Amazing staff member. I have been to a lot of precious stone and souvenir shops and never experienced such great customer service. She was kind, thoughtful and professional. I only wish the shops prices were cheaper.

Overpriced non NZ jade and bone. There are some Pounamu, but mostly Canadian or Asian jade. Wish the kids spent their money on NZ material and products. Expensive souvenirs.

Not recommended for purchasing Aotearoa/NZ Pounamu/Greenstone. You cannot EVER sell “jade” from other parts of the world as Pounamu. They tried this with me years ago and did it again the other day. They clearly have no respect for Pounamu and it’s mana

The customer service in this store is fantastic. The staff are amazing- friendly and helpful. Every time I go there to either shop or pick up items that I have bought on line, I leave feeling that I have had a memorable and fun experience. Thank you so much.

The korean lady who served us.l yesterday, she kept telling us not to break anything as soon as we stepped in the store. And kept following us and make sure not to break anything. She wasn't friendly towards us. And I told her we spent over $500 NZ in Taupo and we wanna buy more but she refuse to give us any discount. Not even $.50 cent. We end up spending another $300+ with no customer service and rude treatment..not happy experience for my family...

Great service and colourful clothes

Thank you Joanne for going over and above to locate the Puffer jacket I wanted in my size from another store.It honestly pays going in-store if you can't find the size online.
Joanne ordered it on Tuesday and I received it on Thursday. Super Fast, Superb Customer Service, Super Happy. 🤗

Was in store last weekend,they have some amazing clothes size 12+ (Im usually 14/16 & ended up having to buy a size 12) Got "Virtuelle" branded pants for a steal of a price - just so comfortable & can dress up or down. The colour/print of the fabric is stunning.
This store is well worth a trip to Milford Mall.
PS It's right next to The Warehouse entrance

I bought this in here, a staff, who was really new, she was really kind and did her best to sell. Those two stars are to her.

However, the owner speak on her phone all the time while I was looking around. Also while I claim about the size of bracelet which I bought, she told me "I don't care if you use it as a arm bracelet or a leg bracelet. I'm too busy to sell so just play around yourself." I was disappointed with her business attitude. I felt she was look down on me.

There are quite a few stone types, but I don't think they deserve $25 per stone with that owner's attitude. She even has a rough ride on her steps.

Just had the most amazing experience at the TS store in Milford !! Moodle and Sharron were so helpful and fun they gave me back my confidence and now I feel amazing!! Thank you so much we will be back!! Rache XX
