Bad: Check your price on what you want before purchasing from this outfit. I’ve noticed you only get a discount if you buy alcohol that’s on special. The stones ginger wine was more expensive here than your local liquor store. As well as some whiskeys.

Defeats the purpose of duty free

I paid $242.50 AUD ($252 NZD) for a Giorgi Armani Si Passione gift pack as a gift for my wife, I was told it was a good deal, such a shame the saleswoman didn’t also tell me that choosing to pay in AUD with my phone app was going to cost me more with their marked up exchange rate but I guess that’s on me for not wearing my reading glasses and being so trusting 🙄 I won’t go into detail about what I think of her as my experience I think speaks for itself. I’ve since found I can buy exactly the same thing in Australia online or in store at BigW for $199 AUD. Lesson learnt, never again will I buy duty free from there. Anything other than alcohol or tobacco is likely a con in my opinion.

I’m giving my experience 3 stars as I had an awesome experience with one of the shop assistants on Saturday, I had been looking for a new scent for almost a year and I finally found one thanks to the staff here who took their time listening to what I wanted, and catering towards it. But to my disappointment - I got home and realised that the assistant had packaged the wrong scent by mistake, I’m pretty guttered about that as I had been searching for so long, and I can’t just go back into duty free and correct the mistake.

I’ve been calling consistently over the last few days to talk to someone but it feels like no one monitors the phones. I’ve emailed and have yet to get a response - can someone please get back to me to rectify this situation?

The Chinese saleswoman in Chanel was very rude and arrogant. She was chatting with her colleagues, and I asked her about loose powder. She suddenly stared at me expressionlessly and said one word to me: No. Then she immediately turned around and laughed and chatted with other colleagues. The attitude was very rude and bad. I feel very disrespected. Regardless of whether there is stock here, please correct your attitude. Do your sales duties well.

Great selection, friendly staff.

Shopped here on Sunday the 12th of May. Keen to purchase several perfumes for my wife. My wife was keen to try the Prada but the tester was empty. Asked the sales lady if they would open a new tester and was bluntly told no, and tried to get my wife to sniff the empty bottle which had no scent,told your sales person they just lost a sale, she didn't seem too concerned and no overly excited to be helpful. Don't employ people who going to lose you business. Extremely poor customer service. If you want more sales in the future, take a good look at your Google reviews. Comments aren't great.

Great range of drinks and very helpful staff..

Website very poor for ordering online..site doesn't match reality with different prices and deals, search engine slow and keeps saying nothing found..requires extended perimeters to search for key words that are there but never to be found. Shopping experience slow with not enough checkouts..staff are very friendly though..

Very false advertising. Will also be taking this up further. When it says 30% of these products clearly. When you take it to counter ' no sorry these items are not" why put these items under these labels. Misleading and false advertisement. Photos attached. Just for your reference spoke to Latisha. Feel sorry for those girls , who had to make excuses not their job. Travel regularly will never spend a dollar at this place.

The guy was more interested in his phone. No customer service at all. Over priced . Super market is just down the road, will go there In the future.

Very good whiskey selection, even a moderate cigar selection which is getting hard to find. Very helpful and allows tastings. Extensive wine selection. Good off street parking. An above average bottle store
