Doctors and nurses have the worst attitude. I know it's like a public hospital, but atleast show some little respect. Parang hindi mga professional sa ugali sobrang rude.
This hospital doesn’t deserved even 1 star. It is worst to its finest. All staffs are rude, no empathy, no consideration. Even the guards are worst. No parking! Small and crowded waiting area! They will make you wait too long! They will not update you regarding the condition of the patient! Teach your staffs to respect your patients and customers.
ATM waiting to be called about to claim my hubby's med cert it's different policy now. Doctors no longer give med cert after consultation. Patient should request for it at the Medical Records Dept., pay 100 fee and go back on the date of release.
The photo is at the Rehab Office where releasing is happening
I don't recommend this hospital. It's too slow and super crowded. Also, the staff are not kind; they are rude to patients all day. The worst part is that scheduling an appointment, especially with their OB-GYN, is very difficult via Facebook Messenger. You need to line up at 3 or 4 AM to be first in line, but even if you queue that early, the line is still long when you arrive. The queue is very long and moves slowly at the outpatient department (OPD). It's better to bring a chair because there are no seats available. Another issue is that the numbering system outside is disorganized; the guards don't manage it well, and those who are late often get ahead in line. If you go early, expect to get home late in the afternoon. So, it's better to bring some snacks. Take note that if you don't have a confirmed appointment, you won't be admitted. The security guards will stop you and send you home.
I am writing to express concerns about my late mother's care at Rizal Medical Center during her battle with stage 3b cervical cancer. After being referred from PGH, she was only prescribed VITAMINS on April 3, 2024, two days before her health sharply declined. Despite her severe condition, no interventions, such as a catheter to support her failing kidneys, were provided, even though her VISIBLE symptoms indicated serious complications.

I appreciate the efforts of the medical staff but urge the hospital to review and improve its protocols to ensure timely and appropriate care for patients in advanced stages of illness.
If there will be a negative star, I will give a negative star for this.. no ward available, Then you gonna ask the status of your patient and the guard will keep on telling for straight 3 days to wait.. you will never see your patient unless they transferred to the ward room, but this will gonna happen for more than 5 days.. cp are not allowed before they will be transferred to the ward. You cannot talk to the doctor, only nurses and guards that you will get incomplete information of you want to know about your patient
It's OK service but, the line is too long for alot of people they should have a numbering system online to register and they should bring back the occupational therapists and speech. Mayor vicco hopefully should bring the therapy for autism cases, so parents in Pasig won't need to go to far places for therapy.
