Im a regular customer at this branch. This day July 22, 2024 I encountered 2 male baristas na parang sintu-sinto at sa Tondo nakuha. Tone of voice was off and parang mag hahamon ng suntukan. The way my coffee was served was not even announced and was only pointed at me then the barista left like Im bothering them. Will prolly not go back at this branch.
The Starbucks Reserve at Estancia Mall provided a pleasant dine-in experience. The Classic Affogato was excellently prepared, with the espresso and gelato flavors blending perfectly. The Ice Hazelnut Bianco Latte was refreshing and aromatic, nicely balanced. However, the Double Chocolate Float fell short, with the components not fully integrated. Overall, a positive outing at this Starbucks Reserve location, with the Affogato and Latte as the standouts.
Let me say that I'm not a fan of this establishment, but do go in for a coffee when I'm travelling, never at home. Melbourne has much better coffee options and I'm a very infrequent consumer.
But I have to rate this particular place because I had such a pleasant experience. The guard was really helpful when he saw I had difficulty standing, all the staff were pleasant and the atmosphere is very nice. Great place for an informal catchup.

Really chill coffee shop near Rizal Park- reminds me of coffee places in Seoul
It looks small on the outside but the second floor is very spacious. It can fit more than 50 costumers on the 2bd floor. It is well ventilated and nice. However, I don't recommend the place for those who wanna focus studying.
It’s an ok branch but why are they playing club music at 9am on a Monday?! It’s very jarring. I came here to read a book but I guess this isn’t the best place for that.

Obviously way Overpriced, BUT that's fine if you're working as you get free power from the wall sockets :)
The atmosphere would be perfect if they didn't play the sort of terrible music that you'd put on repeat to torture war criminals... What on earth? Who choose this rubbish? It's like the worst from a selection of old 1940s drunk Marylin Monroe clones.
Even worse that the air con is usually louder than the music and the speakers are so bad the words from songs are inaudible anyway. In the end it just becomes a random mush of noises which sounds kinda like a baby lamb being thrown into a lumberjacks wood chipper. So to be fair, it loses a star on that note.

Only thing other than the horrible depressing war music (Which could be replaced by proper lounge Jazz or cafe shop music) would be upstairs sometimes there's a lot of gathering used cups n glasses which attract flies.

The service and food and beverage selections are pretty consistent with the other Starbucks stores. The Reserve counter appeared disproportionately bigger than the customer seating area available. This is one of those stores where you will need to buy something first to get a code for the restroom. The merch shelves were well-stocked.
Taste: not a fan of Starbucks but the place is very nice

Great place to hangout. It has plenty of space and also have wide outdoor seats on the second floor. If you're hanging out with lots of friends, they have a special room or function room.
