The only Option left in Pakistan is Imarat Group as it's all projects are built on the basis of OAAD(Ownership, Approvals, Demand and Delivery) and SRL (Security, Returns and Liquidity). In this type of market company is paying Rentals on time, Buybacks are guaranteed and 100% Refund which is no where in Pakistan. Best safe and secure Real Investment Company going to deal at Stock Exchange as SECP has already issued REIT License to Imarat which is 2nd one to any developer in Pakistan.

One of my friends had the worst experience with Imarat and its team.
Ladies & GM ! Whenever you are investing your money with Imarat, please go through the Agreement thoroughly before handing over your hard earned money to them. Do ask them to give you the rough draft or copy of the agreement. You will find a number of the contents, which aren't in your favour and you won't be agreeing with.
They don't mention the commitments and deals in the written mutual agreement, which their salesteam initially inform you verbally to trap the clients / customers.
Furthermore, if unfortunately you have handed over your hard earned money to them, then just forget that they will return back your amount easily even if you haven't signed any agreement with them. First of all, their salesteam will stop responding to you and their head-office will delay it as much as they can for no specific reason.
Their teams only respond to you until you haven't invested. As you invest and give them the amount, they don't care who you are.
Please don't trust their post-dated bank cheques too, it's just a delay tactic and cheque will bounce after the stipulated time.
Ladies & Gentlemen ! Please be careful and cautious before investing the amount with them, its just adding into your daily routine tensions. Just remember that your amount will get stuck and it won't be easy for you to get back when you will be requiring it .
Note: The names of the employees have intentionally not been mentioned. However, the Chairman makes tall claims on social media but he actually needs to groom his employees and ensure fulfillment of commitments.

If I could give less than 1 star review. I’d give less. DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY. Total scam company. Another to add to the list of scam construction companies in Pakistan. I requested a buy back in January this year as I wanted to sell my investment. It has been 7 months now and still no sign of my money. The only thing you get is excuses from people like Naina who I think is in charge of buy backs. Shafiq Akbar the owner is culpable for the actions of his employees. He portrays himself as some big businessman but in actual fact he is also a crook because how can he allow peoples hard earned money to be not paid back within the given timeframes - timeframes that they dictate and then don’t follow. All you will hear is excuses. Don’t know if I will ever get my money back. But if you are reading this review. Stay away from this company and the other companies associated with this group like Agency 21 and Graana.

Had a great experience, all rentals are on time and they sold my unit without any charges even in this market

I had a terrible experience with Musab sial from Agency 21. Despite agreeing to refund my token money for a property sale, they failed to do so. Now more than 3 month and Multiple reminders were ignored, and their lack of professionalism is appalling. Avoid them at all costs."

Absolute disappointment They promised to refund my token money for a property sale but failed to do so. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they have been unresponsive and unprofessional. Do not trust them with any property transactions you will loose all of your money

Very disappointing experience i have purchased 0ne unit a year ago after one year when i asked company for redemption of said unit As per their policy customer has to wait for 90 working days for encashment. But company did encashed it within 90 days. They are tried to prolong time period & give u lamp excuses even dont care customer need.I suggest every one to think 100 times before making any investment in imarat group because they are not cooperating when u want sold unit.
