Pani obsługująca w dniu wizyty najpierw przyjmowała zamówienia wszystkich w kolejce do kasy, a dopiero po tym zaczynała robić jakiekolwiek zamówienie. Przez to czas oczekiwania bardzo długi. Mało tego po zamówieniu napoju bez laktozy (napis taki widniał również na moim rachunku) obserwowałem jak Pani przygotowując napój wsypuje do niego proszek "mleko sojowe", żadnego mleka bez laktozy nie dodając. Po dopytaniu (przed sprobowabiem) czy napoj jest z mlekiem bez laktozy, odpowiedź "tak". Nie chcąc robić sceny przy długiej kolejce przyjąłem herbatę. Po spróbowaniu jasne było że jest to napój sojowy. Na szczęście nie mam uczulenia na soje, jest ona po prostu dla mnie niesmaczna, ale takie kłamanie klientom jeśli ktoś byłby uczulony może być niebezpieczne.

The tapioca isn't fully cooked so when you bite into it. It's still hard.

this is my 1st comment and OH MY GOD i finally found my favourite place!! i have already bought at least 5 different boba coffees and they’re all excellent!! and the employees of this coffee are very nice!! 💗🎀
Bardzo mały lokal i jeszcze obok remont ulicy, ale bubble tea najlepsze!!
I Ordered 2 Taro tees, paid 11€. IT WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING TARO TEE IN MY LIFE. It was just warm milk with purple colour!!! 😞
Najlepsza Bubble Tea w Warszawie. Zawsze świeże kulki i żelki, a do tego tapioka. Obsługa miła i szybka. Możliwość zamówienia również jedzenia na słodko i słono.
Generalnie klimat nie porywa Pani pracująca dziś czyli w dniu 30.06.2024 zostawiła samopas lokal i poszła do toalety. Po kilku minutach wyszła i po wejściu na bar nawet rąk nie umyła i chciała przystąpić do robienia zamównienia… porażka nie polecam

Went there twice, tried both fruit and milk tea, both are great. The place is nice and is open till 23 which is a huge advantage, the staff is always friendly and speaks both English and Polish. The toppings and tapioca are tasty as well!

This is the first bubble tea place I have ever went to, and it started my addiction ever since. It has the biggest selection I have ever seen across both England and Poland. My parents ordered the taro and matcha milk tea, I ordered the watermelon one. Each drink was made amazingly and had the perfect amount of taste and sugar to make them all great.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try out bubble tea.

Ceny też są dosyć dobre na chmielną nawet jak kiedyś były niższe

Osobiście zazwyczaj biorę taro lub matchę ale inne opcje też próbowałam i zawsze mi smakowały

Wir waren 5 Tage in Warschau. Dieses Restaurant war mit Abstand das Beste. Portionen waren groß, Essen war überdurchschnittlich lecker, Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend. Alles Bestens !! Werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt wiederkommen.
the best chain of bubble tea places in poland. the teas are done just right, super tasty, worth overpaying a couple of zloty's compared to some other places.
I asked for lactose-free milk, which was affirmed, so I ordered a matcha latte with tapioca. It seems the milk was not lactose free, what made my ride afterwards quite painful. Also, the tea was not really cold anymore, when the cold milk was added to hot tapioca. The matcha did not had a typical matcha taste, but more like an ordinary green tea. Maybe the matcha powder is first cooked up with water or it has some kind of lower quality I’m not used to.
Very cool place to hang out and get a crazy amount of drinks flavor and tapioca flavors. We took the scorpion and watermelon, super refreshing. The staff was quick and very kind spekiang English. Top!
I came here because the Instagram blogger called it the best. But it's not really. It's just okay.
I've read many good reviews about this place before. But going there wishing for the best bubble tea was a huge mistake itself. I couldn't feel any black tea, or cow milk taste in this. Tapioca pearl was too soggy. Totally not worth it - the worse thing was the attitude of the girl with green top. She looked very irritated for some reasons and almost throwing tools. It was super loud, I was wondering if I did anything wrong while ordering🤦🏻♀️ I'm not visiting this place anymore.
Ich wollte Bigos im Brot, wie es draußen dran steht. Erhalten habe ich kaltes Bigos in einer Schüssel zum überteuerten Preis.
Authentisches und damit sehr leckeres Essen. Ambiente typisch Warschau Altstadt. Preise für die Lage und portionsgrösse angemessen. Bin voll und ganz zufrieden.
Really great place, the kids loved it. We was greated by Julia who was very plesant and was chatting and joking with our children which really made them feel comfortable, Every country we visit the kids always want to visit a bubble tea shop and this one was there favorite so far. We will be returning on our next trip. A***

After a long day in Warsaw my friend and I were curious what this place could bring us. Since we walked passed at the beginning of the day.
We were thirsty and wanted to try this place brown sugar tea. The prices were normal for Poland. The service was alright, there was a minor language barrier going on.
After receiving the order and drinking it, it was alright. It was a milk tea instead of a normal milk boba. Which is unfortunate since I dislike the tea more. The tapioca was mediocre as well.
Quality/ price wise it was an overall review of 3/5 stars.

Życzliwa obsługa, bardzo duży wybór herbat (nie tylko tych z dodatkami) - gorąco polecamy i na pewno będziemy odwiedzać częściej :)

Przyjemne miejsce na wypicie herbaty i zjedzenie ciastka, dodatkowo bardzo duży wybór herbat. Jedyna niedogodność to płatność gotówką.

The milk tea is NOT a milk tea, I am guessing they make it with milk powder, but there was almost no milk in our drinks. It just tasted like black tea. You can also choose a flavor for the milk teas which costs 2.- but we didn't taste it all.
You can choose if you want the drinks warm or cold, which I couldn't in some other stores - so that might be a positive note.
We only had the milk teas, so I can't judge how the fruit teas taste like, but i'll never get milk tea again! :)

It’s a ordinary place for a bubble tea and it’s easy to find. Will I try again? Probably not. But don’t get me wrong, if you love bubble tea do pay a visit
Sehr leckeres Frühstück für unsere Gruppe von 35 Personen. Schneller Service und gute Abstimmung in der Planung. Jederzeit wieder.
Wir waren am Sonntagnachmittag vor Ort und haben Kuchen gegessen. Der Kuchen war sehr lecker, die Portion ziemlich groß. Die Kellnerin war freundlich und sprach gutes Englisch.
Piękne miejsce i olbrzymi wybór herbat, doskonała jakość produktów i fachowa obsługa, która zawsze dobrze doradzi. Robię tu zakupy od ponad 20 lat.
Uwaga bo można się nieźle naciąć, w klepie nie można robić zakupów bezgktowkowo, nie przyjmują kart ani żadnych innych form płatności bezgotowkowych, to jakieś kuriozum 😡 W odpowiedzi na wasz komentarz dodam że bankomat jest niedaleko ale może nie wiecie prowadząc biznes że w większości przypadków płaci sie prowizje od wypłat gotówkowych w bankomatach nie swojego banku, warto to wiedzieć prowadząc biznes a nie narażać klientów na dodatkowe koszty, to wasze tłumaczenie odnośnie gotówki jest delikatnie mówiąc żenujące, to jest dobre na straganie z warzywami a nie w normalnym sklepie!

Die hausgemachte Limonade schmeckte nur nach Zitronenkonzentrat. Zapiekanka war ok, aber nicht wirklich gut. Die Kellner waren nett aber sehr unaufmerksam (haben lieber gequatscht als gearbeitet). Die Inneneinrichtung ist gemütlich aber nochmal würde ich nicht herkommen. Nicht zu empfehlen.
Alles was ich bestellt habe hat nicht geschmeckt ich wurde missverstanden und hatte demnach noch anders bestelltes essen.

Super Bubble Tea und man kann sich sogar hinsetzen und dank dem schnellen WLAN etwas arbeiten.
Die Bedienung zieht ein Gesicht bis zum Boden,das Bier ist nicht bis zur Markierung gefüllt. Dann werden die Blumenkästen gegossen,aber so voll dass es überläuft und der gute Mann es nicht mal für nötig hält sich bei einem zu entschuldigen, obwohl er gesehen hat,das es alles auf die Schuhe und die Beine gespritzt ist. Ein wenig Anstand kann man erwarten. Nicht mehr.
