A real Indian pearl in the capital of Romania. Excellent food and friendly service. If you like flavors, there are a lot of them here. Each curry has a huge number of shades. I will definitely visit again.

Came with a buddy of mine the other night. First time eating here, food was great. Service was quick. Over all time: about an hrs in the restaurant. Just the 3 of us. Ordered the lamb with rice at medium plus. Perfect heat. Another person had chicken with rice with no heat. Still good. For the 3 of us about close to 300 lei. Definitely will be back to eat again!!

Adelightful experience. Everything was fresh and delicious. Very polite waiters, very informative , they helped us to choose the best options based on our taste. When you order if you like to eat with spicy, don't forget to ask medium spicy 🌶️. And make a reservation before you go there. It's easy for you.

The food has a great taste, 9/10, ordered medium-spicy, it was not spicy at all even for I that has low spicy tolerance. Food was very skillfully made.
The downside is that the portions are very small for the price you pay.
For a small bowl of chicken with sauce and some simple rice with a beer alongside I paid 100 lei. That's too expensive for the meal.
Overall atmosphere ok, food great, small portions, expensive. Won't come again personally.

Finally a place that is not afraid of making the food spicy if you ask. Everything had great flavour, good service, and ok atmosphere. For me tho I don't care where I eat, it's all about the food and the food here was fantastic.

We've tried here for our first time the genuine Indian cuisine experience. Very tasty and spicyyyy :) ! We will surely come back again and try other dishes from their menu. Very friendly and polite staff.

One thing is sure, their prices are also very spicy, maybe too spicy, if you think about total price paid for a meal, where you usually combine a risotto + some meat, their sum becomes pretty expensive.

Recommended by friends, Taj seems underwhelming at first - until you get to eat. The food is, well, spicy, but good, flavored and delicious.
The personnel is nice and helpful, the service is quick (but save some patience as the dishes take around 45 to 60 minutes to arrive) and the overall experience is nice.
Price wise, Taj is a little above the average - careful as they accept only cash now.
Overall, a good experience worthy of your time.
