Despite driving 20 kilometers to visit, I was met with bad service, poor quality food, and an incorrect order. The behavior of the staff was also not up to the standard expected from a reputable establishment.

I had high expectations after seeing your videos on YouTube, but unfortunately, the reality did not match the image portrayed. The undercooked food was especially disappointing and not at all what I anticipated based on the positive reviews I had seen.

طلبت ايدام دجاج كراي. اعجبني بس فيه فلفل ترى. والخبز حقهم لذيذ كانه تميز بس صغير ولذيذ. فيه جلسات عوائل. بس نصيحه وانت تاكل حاول انك ماتعدم يدك بالايدام لان ريحه الايدام ف يدي لها يوم مارضت تروح مع الغسيل.

The food is amazing !! We had mixed grill and biriyani - the two of us could not finish it . Manama are free . Their chai is also good . They server without sugar - which is rare in Madinah .
The waiter was so attentive - he gave us recommendations , and told us to come back on Jumaa for Nihari. Inshallah we will come here again
