This hospital should be your last resort if you want to visit the ER, It almost took them 3 hours to do a checkup in the ER on a non busy day. That’s completely absurd and plus their services are way worse.

the Nurses here are all very nice and patient to me, explaining all my queries and concerns. The Endoscopy doctorer is an experienced and nice operator to complete the examination. A very smooth experience.

I would like to mention the best Dentist from Riyadh Dr. Yasser Mohammed, Dental Clinic .
Honestly he is very professional with an amazing hand he literally changed my smile in much better condition.
Dr. Yasser can do miracles he is having a lot of care and passion he truly loves his job.
I would like to mention his nurse assistance too she is very kind .
I can just highly recommend to everyone who having any issues with his tooth or with the front teeth’s for a better smile.

Horrible experience! I only had some mild symptoms and feared if i had a heart problem so i came to emergency with my husband. They did ultrasound and ecg and ct scan. We came at 3:15 am n they kept us waiting the whole night saying ct scan opens at 7 am. At 8 am they did ct scan and said the reports will come in an hour or 2. I waited for more than 6 hours and meanwhile kept asking about the reports. They kept giving different answers. I told them i have kids at home n i want to go home as they skipped their schools and they didn’t even know i was at hospital. They truly don’t care for their patient. I just came to this hospital bcz it is near to my house but it was a big mistake. Never coming back!

Had a spontaneous delivery with Dr. Sharman Eltoraky I wanted a c- section but she advised me to a natural birth and now I am so thankful for her ❤️ she is a great Doctor with a phenomenal attitude and experience.

Our experience has been very valuable. My husband had surgery and doing great.
I, as an outpatient had package examinations done. Feeling good.

Every doctor I met is exceptional in the way he treats me when I’m sick. However, there is one staff that I do not know his profession at the ER room in one of the receptions where he started to make mocking face gestures by just asking one question. I do not know exactly why he did that or the reason behind these gestures.

The employee really meant it when he did the face gestures. I personally wouldn’t recommend visiting this hospital with visitors.

I did opreation for appendix this morning my case was very critical all staff was very kind with doctors and nurses specially (( Asmat - U - Nisa )) and keerthiga

بقدر الاستياء الي صابني بسبب مشكلة صارت بدايه دخولي للمستشفى لكن انقلب رأيي بالمستشفي 180درجة
شعارهم"نرعاكم كأهالينا" وحقيقه شالونا شيل الله يجبرهم ويسعدهم
امنت وايقنت ان الخطأ وارد في كل مكان ولكن تجاوز وتصحيح الخطأ هو الصواب والي يخليك ترتفع في اعين الناس للسسسسماء

Tremendous Doctor, Tremendous staff & Tremendous Andalusia hospital Ma Shaa Allah

Beautiful building, but the waiting time is too long. I have spent more than 3 hours to see a doctor (who was very good). And this morning the receptionist for radiology was not welcoming at all, and once again I had to wait one hour. For a private hospital it’s very bad. I don’t recommend this hospital at all

Dr Mohammed Attar has been our family dentist here in Riyadh since 2019. He has provided a wonderful experience for myself, my wife and my 2 children who were never scared to come and see him. We thank him for his kindness and gentle nature, and we hope the dentists back in the UK are as good!! 🤣 Thank you!

This is the 3rd time I've been to this hospital for an emergency and each time I've been impressed by the quality of the care and service. The nurses were very attentive and the doctors were of a high standard. It's very reassuring for a patient. One of the best hospital services I've seen. Well done 👏

I am visiting many years Kingdom Hospital but I would like to specifically point out the exceptional care by both Dr Qamar and Dr Eyad. It Was My First Time Going To This Hospital And I Was Astonished By The Fast Service And the Hospitality Also The Impeccable Attitude Of The Receptionists Especially Mr. Waleed He Was Super Cooperative And He Went Above And Beyond And Helped Me Finalise My Treatment Papers And Insurance Requests, Definitely One Of The Best Hospitals In Jeddah.

I worked this hospital as a staff nurse last 10 months ..The management forcefully make me to do the overtime duty and they didn't pay the money at correct time..when I finished my contract and asked about my overtime salary they diduct more than 2000 riyal from that..its a worest experience for me.. The Hr department ai is very bad and they are treating the staff nurses like a slaves

Had an operation there. The hospital enormously huge and is fully equipped, very clean. The doctors (esp. Dr.Fathy), all the nurses and head nurse (in wing B on 2nd floor, my rooms was 235, 250) are very supportive and professional. My sincere appreciation to all the stuff.

The only one remark about hospital to improve in total is when you are admitted through the ER they ask you to go through all paper procedures by walking from here to there (to sign here, to pay in the other place, to pay for some new services after initial review again you need to go from ER room to the desk and back again). I think those who are in pain might receive this service lying on the bed by stuff who are not in pain do all the walking thing.

But after all, after admission, I had no problems.

Don’t give birth there. After birth they told me « we will bring your daughter in 10min » they kept her away for 3h! I was calling to have her, and they told me they could not give me my daughter. Stranger keeping away your child! They tried to push formula, nurse form nursery were non professional. They don’t show you how to breastfeed or anything. They wrote the wrong information on the medical report ( wrong weight etc). They put that I used anesthesia while I didn’t, I guess they are trying to make money from the insurance.
Until now I can’t forgive them for keeping my child away from me.

I just want to thanks my OBGY that was wonderful.

Today my visit was with orthopedic out patient. Everything went smooth. I would like to thank Ms. Roaa at counter 1. She is representing the kingdom hospital the best way! She talked to me with a smile on her face, she is well organized ( she asked me few well organized questions in order to help me). Kingdome hospital is my first choice when it comes to my family’ health concerns. Again, thank you Ms. Roaa and keep up the good work👏👏

Doctors are great. However, the overall customer care services need to be improved. I tried to call 5 times just to change the appointment day, and each time, the operator directed me to the reception, which nobody picks on forever. To be more specific, the appointment was in the radiology department. Later on, I visited physically to change the appointment. I think these services need to be incorporated into the mobile application of Saudi German. This will help in time-saving, especially for office Woking people. Thanks

Horrible service. Inexperienced stall. Deplorable customer service. I waited in a bear room waiting to see a doctor for 2 hours in the emergency department.

There were OK, but I think the people could’ve been nicer and stuff like that but the doctors are great but we have to wait for a long time sometimes we have to wait for an hour but I’m sorry I know you get embarrassed because I can see some people how they write but it is true. Maybe you should do those things but I feel sorry for you. Thank you for your best.😁

I would highly recommend Dr Ibrahim Almamoun OB GYNE, because he is by far one of the most professional doctors I have ever encountered in over 15 years of being in Saudi Arabia thus far. I am sincerely grateful to have met such an exceptional specialist. He displays genuine concern for his patients' holistic well-being.

At every encounter he leaves his patients feeling positive about their healing journey, because he takes the time to thoroughly explain everything very clearly. Regardless of the severity of the diagnosis, you always feel like you are in safe hands. He offers invaluable continuous guidance and support every step of the way.

His passion and genuine concern throughout his patients’ healing journey is clearly evident and much appreciated.

As newly resided here in Jeddah,

1. Radiology Reception Cashier 4 serves so slow, for just 1 patient to register took more than 30 minutes or almost an hour to entertain and register, no care for long queue of patients!

2. Appointment manual system SUCKS! I booked an appointment on that day at Radiology Reception for my leg problem ultrasound, and they asked/gave me an appointment after 5 days. When I went for my appointment, the lady receptionist and that radiology assistant (man) told me to come back again another 5 days! I couldn't control my disappointment upon hearing that rescheduling and immediately I told them to be not foolish. I responded if I just know that this hospital is non-reliable and appointment system is a disappointment, I should not be a patient or I should never never to come here at this hospital.

3. Hospital seems old with poor maintenance and has a lot of people/patients around and queuing with ultra slow execution of services like clinic/dept receptions and pharmacy medicine dispensing.

4. Less parking spaces. Difficult to find parking.

5. Toilets are less or limited, small or single toilet room only per gender in each floor, and not well maintained, most of the time dirty floor and no toilet paper.

6. However, doctors services and diagnostics are fast

اهلًا حابة انقل تجربتي لفترة متابعتي لحملي وولادتي في مستشفى السعودي الألماني مع الدكتورة منى عبدالسلام دفع الله، شهادة حق تُقال وبكل صدق وأمانة د. منى رزق وتسخيير من ربّي اني حجزت موعد عندها صدفة بدون تخطيط وكانت من أجمل الصدف، دكتورة خلوقة رائعة مبتسمة في كل مرة أحضر لها، تستقبلني بنفس حلوة وطيّبة هي والممرضات وتطمئني وتجاوب على أسئلتي في مخاوفي عن أي شيء خلال فترة الحمل، ومواعيدها متواجدة دائمًا ومتوفرة وسهلة الحجز عبر التطبيق وسهل اشوف كل شيء يخص حملي من نتائج التحاليل والأشعة وحجز المواعيد فعلًا تجربة توافق رؤية 2030، أما بالنسبة للولادة، كان تاريخ موعد ولادتي محدد في يوم جمعة وغالبًا يكون يوم إجازة للدكتورة مع ذلك كانت مع طاقم التوليد بكل خطوة يرسلون لها وتعطيهم التعليمات حتى وقت الولادة حضرت وولدتني وتيسرت الحمدلله بفضل من الله ثم د.منى ولدت ولادة قيصرية ما حسيت خلالها بأي شيء الحمدلله وكانت تحضر تتطمن علي خلال تواجدي في المستشفى والحمدلله كان الطاقم رائعين من ناحية النظافة ومن ناحية الاهتمام والعلاجات وشرح أهميتها وحضانة طفلتي الحمدلله اللي سخر لي ويسر لي هذي التجربة وشكرًا دكتورة منى وشكرا طاقم التمريض وطاقم المستشفى جميعًا 🙏🏻💖

Trustable hospital..... my F.I.L was admitted to ICU with severe respiratory failure, he was on ventilator for two days ....they took proper care of him and alhamdulillah he is fine now .... Thanks team....😊
