Best service in sim like tower

Blown the current of a vintage turntable...& its not easy to find anyone these days who wants to fix it on the spot. Mr. Khoo, the youthful shop owner took a shot in changing the internal transformer + power adapter... all was well after the quick sturdy fix. His assistant aunty was also very friendly.

Very lousy after-sales. Even they delivered a wrong order ( ordered warm white lightings and lc lighting delivered cool white) also want to push customer to accept...want make you feel like it's going to be a super hassle for them to reupdate their inventory and what not even though lc lighting mistake....not recommended

Was served by Alan Yeo for my bathrooms renovation accessories. What can I say? After going through a few shops, Im convinced to say I just love the products, price-point and service rendered to us. Purchased lights from here too as they have a variety which caught our eyes. Highly recommended.

Bought a pendant light from them, only to find an obvious defect on reaching home. Their attempts to fix were in vain and yet they refused to offer a refund in full nor were they able to provide a 1 to 1 exchange. Disappointing really...

Great range, outstanding service

Decent pricing but be wary of their services. I purchased plenty of items items worth $840 but was charged $920. There are two different handwritings on the receipt. The right hand one is mine as I only double checked the amount whilst I was at home.

Partly my fault for not looking at the receipt and counting whilst I was at the store. But its surprising that people would over charge blindly at this day and age. Honestly didn’t expect that. Prior to purchase, I was informed that all the prices had gst included.

I contacted them via Carousell (username: s.lights) and by phone call. One of the staffs told me that the salesperson would get back to me but he didn’t. Been more than a month and I’ve yet to receive any update whatsoever.

For a peace of mind, I’d recommend to spend abit more elsewhere to get better customer service.

I bought 2 sets of bath room accessaries in Oct 23.One of the water tap was having slowing water flow with metal residue from original. Nick Chow has provided swiftly after Sales service by attended twice on site & replaced it. I appreciated & highly recommended him.
