I am the owner of this unit. You signed a tenancy agreement for 2 yrs which you only stayed for 10 months, therefore had broken the tenancy agreement. Based on the agreement, you have to pay up the balance 14 months rental exercising the diplomatic clause. However, on goodwill, I did not pursue the balance 5 months owed. I have every right to claim against you under small claims court for the breaking of contract and handing over the unit in a horrendous condition. I advise all landlords not to lease your unit to this person working under S pass with a reputable IT firm.

Bad vibe, very cold neighbors. Facilities need a refresh. Noise pollution is significant as facing main road. We do not have good night rest at all. West sun is very strong and make it very uncomfortable during the day.

Insufficient maintenance, many areas need frequent repainting to cover cracks. Electricals are frequently faulty due to poor build and also quite old with no mid term refresh compared to the many others in the area.
