A very good place to live rent is around $6,000 for a 2 bedroom and $11,000 for a 4-bedroom. Perfect location, a 20-minute walk to Gardens By The Bay and no need to buy concert tickets as you can hear them from your balcony.

Nice view to Jurong lake.

Very nice condo to live with good facilities. Unit is very spacious and squarish. Near to MRT and bus stop in front of the condo. There are also many amenities and clinics nearby.

Worse neighbours u can ever have

Almost 30 years old property. Needs upgrading of lifts, drainage and water pipes!!! These are hidden cost borne by owners as the sinking funds is definitely not sufficient. Maintenance fees set to rise as wages of cleaners, security guards, gardeners and material cost etc increases. Ask MCST for exact cost before committing to buy a property as owners often do not give accurate figures.

It's a very inconvenient place, high Grab car fare and extremely difficult to get a taxi. No supermarket, no food options... Literally like a high class rural village

I use to drive, and park my lorry along the parking lot and give space if anyone need ergently

No idea if it's the management or resident's decision to allow deliveries to be made via service lift only. It's 2024 and it's Singapore, are we still persisting with class apartheid?

Located at the end of Tanjong Rhu Road, Costa Rhu is very popular with both locals and expats alike. 737 apartment units spread over 4 towers, sitting on very large grounds, with full condo facilities with tennis courts, function rooms, squash courts, gym, in-house supermarket, restaurant, hair salon. There are multiple side gates leading out to Tanjong Rhu Promenade Park Connector that leads all the way to Gardens By The Bay and Stadium. Great place for nature lovers!

Went there for work. Old condo complex. Just to take note of malay security guy with earings. Need to brush up on his grumpiness and attitude.
