This cave is really cool but much different than most caves in Thailand. The first difference is the ranger won’t give you a light so it’s hard to see in the cave. The second difference is the cave has a walkway the entire way so it is easier to walk. LOTS OF SNAKES IN THIS CAVE. the walkway to the cave says 600 meters but the ranger said that is just the elevation the real distance is 1.5 kilometers. The path is also getting very overgrown and forgotten. Overall it’s very cool!
Out of 100's temple's I've seen in Thailand, this one is very unique.

Very creepy and weird but cool, not for everyone but I liked it bit of a house of horrors

เริ่มสะสมบุญตั้งแต่..ตอนนี้ เวลานี้ วันนี้ เดือนนี้ ปีนี้..เป็นต้นเลย ต้องดีแน่ๆ ร่วมยกช่อฟ้า. วัดถ้ำเสือดาว ในเดือน ก.พ. ศก.หน้า (67) ผู้มีจิตศัทธา ร่วมบุญอันสูงของชีวิตได้ที่... หลวงพ่อ บรูพา เจ้าอาวาส
พระท่ากระดาน 1 ใน 5 พระยอดขุนพลยอดนิยมของประเทศไทย มีการค้นพบที่จังหวัดกาญจนบุรีจากหลายๆ กรุ ชื่อ “พระท่ากระดาน” ตั้งตามชื่อวัดท่ากระดาน หรือวัดกลาง ซึ่งเป็นวัดเก่าแก่และสำคัญ 1 ใน 3 วัดของ “เมืองท่ากระดาน” เมืองเก่าแก่เมืองเดียวริมลำน้ำแควใหญ่ที่มีความสำคัญในสมัยกรุงศรีอยุธยาเคียงคู่กับเมืองกาญจนบุรีเก่าและเมืองไทรโยค คือเป็นเมืองที่มีเจ้าปกครอง และยังเป็นเมืองหน้าด่านที่ต้องสู้รบกับกองทัพพม่าที่ยกเข้ามาทางด่านพระเจดีย์สามองค์ในสงครามทุกๆ ครั้ง ปัจจุบันเป็นตำบลหนึ่งอำเภอศรีสวัสดิ์ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี มีวัดสำคัญ 3 วัด อันได้แก่ วัดเหนือ (วัดบน) วัดกลาง (วัดท่ากระดาน) และวัดล่าง ในราวปี พ.ศ.2495 ได้มีการขุดหาโบราณวัตถุครั้งใหญ่ในบริเวณดังกล่าวและได้ค้นพบพระพิมพ์เนื้อชินตะกั่วสนิมแดงที่วัดทั้งสามนี้ โดยเฉพาะที่วัดท่ากระดาน ปรากฏพระที่มีสนิมแดงงามจัดและปิดทองมาแต่ในกรุทุกองค์ กอปรกับวัดนี้อยู่ส่วนกลางของเมืองท่ากระดานเก่าพอดี จึงตกลงเรียกขานพระพิมพ์นี้ว่า “พระท่ากระดาน” และด้วยวัดทั้งสามอยู่ในเขตอำเภอศรีสวัสดิ์ นักนิยมสะสมพระเครื่องจึงมักเรียกกันว่า “พระท่ากระดาน กรุศรีสวัสดิ์”
เป็นอีก1สถานที่ ที่น่าไปกราบไหว้บรรยากาศร่มเลื่อนเดินเที่ยวไม่ต้องรีบถือว่าได้อยู่นะครับอีกอย่างก็ไม่ไกลจากกรุงเทพมากครับแล้วก็มีรูปเหมือนของแม่ผึ้งพุ่มพวงด้วยครับก็ลองดูเผื่อแม่ผึ้งเมตตามีเลขไห้ลุ้นด้วยครับลองดูครับขอให้โชคดีครับ
ไกล เงียบ ไม่ค่อยมีคนไปเท่าไหร่ มีรูปพระท่ากระดานรุ่นเก่าๆให้ชม มีพระรุ่นใหม่ให้ชมในตู้
วัดท่ากระดาน ชื่อเหมือน 1 ในเบญจภาคี ยอดขุนพล เนื้อชิน วัดไม่ใหญ่มาก คงเพราะ มีพระท่ากระดานองค์ใหญ่ให้กราบไหว้ ได้เช่าพระท่ากระดานมา ด้วย เห็นว่าเป็นตะกั่วเก่า มาทำพระ อีกรุ่น เป็น หลวงพ่อ สร้างก่อนมรณะภาพ 700-800 บาทสูงเหมือนกัน ผ่านมาลองแวะทำบุญกันค่บ
Tough hike after erawan fall. The walk up to the entrance of the cave is steep, surrounded by bamboo (which some are falling so be careful) and also some fierce stray dogs.
Remember the ticket from erawan fall is valid for this place.
The entrance to the cave is tiny. Fit only medium size (1.75 80kg). But the inside is huge!! U wouldn’t believe this is totally natural! This place have a free guide/ ranger , who speaks little English but can see that he’s enthusiastic! Kudo to him to do this almost a few times a day? He mentioned turtle, bats, etc.

Great views from the top well worth a visit
พุทธสถานประจำชุมชน ชื่อวัดถ้ำเสือดาว(เพราะในอดีตเคยมีเสือดาวอาศัยอยู่ตามธรรมชาติพอชุมชนขยายมากขึ้นก็หนีเข้าป่าไป

Beautiful cave. It's a long walk (stairs) up but worth it. There are a few benches on the way so you can take a break. There is a ranger / guide station just at the entrance of the cave once you reach the top. From there you will be accompanied by them and given a tour inside. It took us approximately 20 mins to do the tour inside the cave and back out. the entrance to the cave is a very narrow gap in the rock, it's quite a squeeze especially if you have a backpack. The rest of it is a safe and comfortable walk on an elevated platform. You'll see a lot of naturally made shapes and sculptures in the rock and limestone. The Ranger / guide will help you identify them.
Si vous avez du temps, c'est un jolie temple avec une jolie vue... Attention il y a beaucoup de touriste.
