社區周邊生活機能很好，物業、打掃跟警衛都不錯，公設稍微舊了一點，但是還堪用，我自己滿喜歡的！

Crazy prices. Must be full of truly dreadful people
The only advise I’ll give it to someone whosoever is planning to shift there: check the room properly, be clear with your owner and the agent, if anything is broken or doesn’t seem right so just ask to fix them before giving a deposit and then move in cause who knows who will get change their words after the deposit..
I Lived here for a year in building 3 and recently shifted to another condominium.. Lumpini was nice cause of the 7/11, riverside and people there but my experience was terrible with my room and with the owner.. I chose to stay in a studio room which was a total mess but it came with a good rent so I fixed the wall and so many things in the room, though the owner was supported before the deposit but as soon as I shifted in the room and asked to fix the minor things which was discussed before the deposit, he changed his colors and was so aggressive and impolite and even threat to throw me out from the room and my stuff so many times by telling my agent. Though I am not a Thai and after the deposit no agent will help you no matter how goody goody they behave so I chose to keep quiet until my contract is over.
I usually got the noise from the next room and that was mostly the washroom flush noises which I told building to fix it but poor them they told it was normal lol.. also the room was next to the river side on the 9th floor so sometimes you’ll hear the boat noises in between.
I paid rent on time and all the electricity/water bills and stuff but still when the contract was about to over the owner asked my agent to let me know to vacant the room 15 days before which was wrong and then they took more than 10 days to give back my deposit saying once the new tenet comes then they will give my deposit that was rubbish and even they deduct 1600 THB for cleaning and electricity which was totally rubbish cause I left the room before and laid all the bills but as I said I am not a Thai so you can not do anything here, it was quite evident they do not follow contract and they have zero professionalism but I hope it isn’t happening with everyone.
Rest all was good there and the building people were polite, the ambiance looked nice and the office was cooperative..

A residential complex suitable for families, there is BTS nearby, in addition to Big C Extra
nice place, very peaceful and safe.
Older condo good up keep clean big room robby on the 11th floor. About 200 m. to BTS St. Louise station . About 300 m. walk to Silom.
