Very helpful and excellent customer service. Reasonable price for in-town car hire. However, if you are dropping vehicle to different location then charges are very steep. I don't mind paying reasonable fee for this service but such steep fee for different drop-off location feels like taking advantage of customers/tourists.

Rented a Toyota Fortuner with them and it was a Brand New Unit. Check-in, check-out process was smooth and the staffs were very courteous. Would definitely consider them next time too!

Great rental service. Very accommodating. We were late for our flight back and called them to ask for help returning the car. They met us at the departure drop off and within minutes we were on our way. Will rent again from them.

So i used their service in Phuket and Krabi, i must say they are the best available company out there in both the locations. Trustworthy, cars in good condition, and best of all they made an exceptions for me with returning the car past their working hours which i feel is very hard to get from anyone when you visit Thailand as a tourist. Mietauto mit Abholung in Phuket und Abgabe in Krabi jeweils am Flughafen. Bei Abgabe 20 Minuten vorher angerufen (wie bereits in Phuket vereinbart), Mitarbeiterin von Hertz wartete dann schon am angegebenen Arrival Exit (15). Kurze Übergabe, vollkommen problemlos.

No problems during pick-up and drop-off (returned at Phuket). Easy to find at the airport. Nice reliable car for a good price.

The service has been excellent, the information that Gunn provided us was 100% in line with what he later offered us on the trip, and the price was similar in style to the rest, it reasonable price with all included (transport from the hotel to and from the hotel, breakfast and lunch, diving goggles and round-trip transportation to the different islands.

It turns out that Budget Car doesn't have a desk at Krabi airport. If you call the telephone number, a budget man will come to help you. So there is no dropbox either. Outside office hours you must call the number and arrange for someone to come to the car and receive the key. This went well for us with the time of 7:00 am.

The process of hiring the car was very quick.
Just a few forms to fill in and sign.
The staff were polite and very friendly, with a good command of the English language, which was good as my Thai is poor at best.
The car was spotless.
I am not sure of the age of the car, but it looked new.
On returning the car, the process was equally as quick, with a quick check of the car and a signature from me.
I had washed the car before returning, but due to the roadworks outside the airport, it got dirty again, which they were understandably ok about.
