A big market thats definitly more chill to walk through then the Grand Bazaar or Egyptian Bazaar. They got a lot of good quility fakes of some big brands in the fashion world. Lots of high quility non brand clothing and enough food and needy little things. It is quite big so expect to be here around half a day at least!
I have always wanted to go to this place. It did not disappoint so many shopping corridors full of Turkish trinkets and wares. I thought the prices offered were very good. I just wish we had longer to look around.

Typiquement stambouliote
Seemed like an authentic Turkish market / bazaar. Dried fruits, fruits and vegetables, tons of fake textiles, döner and lots of people. Good vibes worth a visit!
Market with a large selection, affordable prices, but be careful with your wallets. Today they stole our wallet from the counter, we think that one of the salesmen and his colleague got it out of the counter very quickly and professionally. We reported to the police, they said they will try to do something, although we don't think they will, at that time 3 more people came to report the same thing, they were stolen. Watch your money and bag. :(
A good place to visit, although very busy and a lot of generic products sold - I was hoping for more unique things and craftsmanship. Not too sure if the products (leather and jewellery) are real or fake. I added some pictures of the good things I saw.
Grand bazaar Istanbul is a great experience variety of shops. You need a plenty of time to explore the bazaar. Some items have good quality but high prices. Shop keepers judge you by your wearings, language and speaking accent. They memories some words or small sentences of different languages to identify your country that they can increase the prices 😂🤣.
I highly recommend this bazar in kadikoy. Easy to find and the place is so good organized. The prices are great, compared to other bazars in Istanbul.
As all Market places this is no exception apart from being Big Big Big.I Love it and all its many passages leading to different segments of products, the bustling can be a bit of a problem for those who dont like crowds. On general the vendors are very very fair play ,they are there to sell and it is all part of the visit.
Visiting the Istanbul Grand Bazaar was an unforgettable experience! The vibrant atmosphere and the sheer variety of goods available were truly astounding. From beautiful handwoven carpets and intricate jewelry to spices and ceramics, there was something for everyone.
The vendors were friendly and welcoming, offering tea and engaging in pleasant conversations. Their passion for their crafts was evident, and many were happy to share the stories behind their products. Bargaining was a fun part of the experience, and the vendors were respectful and good-natured about it.
The architecture of the bazaar itself is stunning, with its historic charm and intricate details. Wandering through the maze-like alleys, discovering hidden gems at every turn, was an adventure in itself.
the Istanbul Grand Bazaar is a must-visit for anyone traveling to the city. The combination of rich history, unique shopping, and warm hospitality makes it a highlight of any trip to Istanbul.
It’s a wide range of the goods and more affordable open each Tuesday and Friday
Great shopping if you know how to barter a bargain
Prices much higher than street markets and other towns so don't be afraid to barter hard

I brought a scarf..man started at 1200 lira..but I only paid 400 lira. Walked to next town and in many shops it was only 200lira. Nonetheless I was very happy with my scarf.

Good quality coffee and teas
Great tableware for gifts
Too many knock off brands but other clothing like leather and cashmere are high quality and a bargain for winter clothes
Les multiples couleurs et senteurs plus l'ambiance superbe à ne pas manquer

Très bonne accueil, généreux, sérieux très bonne expérience en plus de ça il parle français ( demander said c'est le responsable)
If you can’t find it here, it doesn’t exist! The Bazaar in Istanbul is 4000+ vendors ‘under one roof’! Everything from incredible Turkish delight to the finest Lambskin Leather jackets all wrapped up in exciting and vibrant surroundings. The prices are more than competitive but the best deals require some ‘haggling’, it’s not only acceptable, it’s expected! Plan to spend some time, there is a great deal to see and do. They all take credit cards but for the best deals use cash and don’t worry they will take most currencies.
The Grand Bazaar in Istanbul is high on any visitors list. It’s a vibrant and bustling marketplace with a large variety of goods. You can find everything from spices, teas, and sweets to jewellery, textiles, and souvenirs. The atmosphere is lively, and the maze-like layout adds to the adventure, although you can easily get lost!

Prices are reasonable, but don’t forget to haggle. However, I preferred going to shops that had fixed prices as the prices are inflated as soon as they know you are a tourist. For example, I bought a scarf for 500 lira (after bargaining) at one shop, only to find the same scarf selling for 250 lira just a few minutes away, so shop around!

Some standout items were the beautifully crafted ceramics and the intricate carpets. The spice shops are a sensory delight with their vibrant colors and exotic aromas. The bazaar can be quite crowded, but that just adds to its experience.

I would highly recommend checking the outdoor surrounding shops as they seemed cheaper in some cases for the same items.

A voir pour les couleurs et les odeurs
L'architecture est aussi vraiment superbe
Par contre, c'est très cher
Très beau marché mais on retrouve tout ke temps la même chose avec des prix plus élevés, il faut tout le temps négocier...
Review:

The Tuesday Bazaar in Kadikoy, Istanbul, is a vibrant and bustling market that offers a sensory overload of sights, sounds, and smells. Held every Tuesday, this lively bazaar is a treasure trove of local goods, fresh produce, and authentic Turkish street food.

Wandering through the narrow lanes of the bazaar, I was captivated by the colorful displays of fruits, vegetables, and spices, all piled high in vibrant stacks that seemed to stretch on endlessly. The air was filled with the tantalizing aromas of grilled meats, freshly baked bread, and aromatic spices, enticing me to sample everything in sight.

One of the highlights of the Tuesday Bazaar is the opportunity to interact with local vendors, who are always friendly and eager to share their knowledge and expertise. Whether haggling over prices or simply exchanging smiles and greetings, the sense of community and camaraderie is palpable.

In addition to the fresh produce and delicious street food, the bazaar also offers a wide variety of other goods, including clothing, accessories, household items, and more. Bargain hunters will delight in the opportunity to find unique treasures at unbeatable prices.

Overall, the Tuesday Bazaar in Kadikoy is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to experience the vibrant culture and bustling energy of Istanbul. Whether you're a food lover, a shopping enthusiast, or simply seeking to immerse yourself in the local atmosphere, this lively market has something for everyone. I highly recommend carving out some time to explore the sights, sounds, and flavors of this iconic Istanbul institution.
Bel endroit.

The best shopping bazaar in Istanbul it’s just amazing. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else the prices are amazing. The people are amazing. The food is amazing you if you come to stumble, you have to stop by and take a look. It’s where the actual Turkish people go shopping.

It's a rather busy place to shop. Go early mornings. Prices outside the Bazaar is cheaper. Still an experience to walk through. If you get offer tasters, take it, no obligation.

Beautiful architecture, colorful displays, mostly friendly people. Things tend to be overpriced in these tourist areas, but it's definitely worth a visit to walk through and enjoy the atmosphere! I was told stall 51 and 44 have better prices, but can't confirm.
Also known as the Spice Bazaar, this place is an absolute feast for the senses. It’s just wonderful to see the workings of such an amazing place. I over the thoughtful way all the stores presented their wares and enjoyed the shopping experience there.
