Really enjoyed walking alongside the Mississippi River. When the sun is out this is a cannot miss activity it’s very beautiful. You can see the streetcars going by & theres musicians playing along the walk.

“I visited during Thanksgiving, and it was nice and peaceful with very few people around. It’s great for a walk along the river, with well-maintained paths. The train tracks add to the scenic charm of the area.”
Nice extended walk along the river with views of steamboats, cruise ships and barges.

Nice place to walk out of the shopping areas, great views of the river and the boats, cool breeze off the water too. You can walk for a bit then get on a street car. Definitely worth a visit.
Cool little walking path area with views of the Crescent City Bridge and the steamboats that are traveling the Mississippi River. The river isn't very clear but with benches along the path for sitting its relaxing. Adjacent to the French market.
A must do when in the French quarter!
The French Quarter River Walk is a name duplication for The Moon Walk, Saint Peter Street at the River, Mississippi Meditation and a few others. Same thing just duplicated names. The river is nice to look at but enough names for the same thing already 😂
Good trail for a family hike. Not challenging but to be expected for Dallas.
Staying on the trail once you hit Lake Lewisville is tricky.
