I recently had the opportunity to undergo a procedure at Palmetto Lakes Surgical Center and the level of care and professionalism was exceptional.
The facility itself is state-of-the-art, equipped with the latest technology and designed with patient comfort in mind. The cleanliness and organization of the center were immediately apparent, contributing to a reassuring atmosphere.
My doctor, Dr. Mohan displayed remarkable expertise and dedication. They took the time to explain the procedure in detail, answering all my questions with patience and clarity.
Post-operative care was equally commendable.The nursing staff provided attentive and compassionate care, ensuring my recovery was as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Overall, my experience at Palmetto Lakes Surgical Center exceeded all expectations.

Este es el mejor centro quirúrgico de Hialeah. Las enfermeras son muy amables. El front desk respondió todas mis preguntas con mucha amabilidad. El centro está muy limpio y el Dr Nieves fue muy amable y atento conmigo. Gracias!!!

Todo el personal fue muy amable. Gracias a la doctora Bigio por su trato. Respondieron mis preguntas y me hicieron sentir comoda. Si tienes algun procedimiento en este centro quirurgico no dudes en venir. Me toco esperar un poco pero el procedimiento en si, fue muy rapido

Doy un 10 /10 (suite101) porque todo salió bien en mi procedimiento , además la atención en ese lugar ohh por Dios magnífica , que amables muy profesionales , incluso dejé de sentir miedo por cómo me atendieron de bien .. les digo Gracias de nuevo 😊

Me encanta este lugar! Es como sentirse en casa. El personal de la clínica es excelente, el orden y la limpieza dentro del lugar es maravilloso. Si estás necesitando alguno de sus servicios no dudes en contactarlos, es el lugar correcto yo lo recomiendo al 100%.

Will be honest wasn't expecting much of this place. Was i wrong from the ladies at the reception who where very friendly and caring and great active listening and made my wife feel welcome then went back and the two nurses where amazing again a lot of active listening which in medical is highly important. My NP was able to explain the procedure and how it would all go. next the ON came and brought me back so i was expecting the operating room staff to be grumpy and not nice but yet again what an amazing staff took great care and explained everything again made me feel comfortable and the procedure was completed and i was in my recovery room where i got blown away they offered me a snack and drink. This is where staff should be brought to learn the holistic care treatment therapy they put 150% into it. Thank you all staff for caring

The staff takes the time to explain the medical procedures and plan. They are efficient, friendly and make the patient feel
welcome. It is a very professional facility. They also offer follow up for your safety and convenience.

My husband & I had eye exams & naturally assumed we would leave with an eye exam prescription.We left with no prescriptions because we didn't ask for one! In order the get a copy of the prescription we have to get a whole new eye exam!! What scam!!! There were no signs anywhere stating that we needed to request ahead of time for a copy of our prescription, which is an additional $50. I would have GLADLY paid for the copy of my prescription at my visit!!! Why would you go for an eye exam & expect to not leave without a script? So the whole money grab with these people is to naturally assume you are going to leave your eye exam with a script! Terrible bad business!!
