I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the team at Agile Occupational Medicine in Wilmington, CA. From my very first visit, Amy Cervantes and Evelyn Gonzalez at the front desk have shown remarkable consideration, compassion, and kindness. Their warm and welcoming demeanor sets a positive tone for the entire visit.

Most importantly, I want to extend my deepest thanks to Dr. Shayla Matthews. Dr. Matthews, your compassion and respectful approach are truly commendable. Unlike many physicians, you are never condescending, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. You listened to my concerns with empathy and understood the extent of my pain, which I’ve been dealing with in my back and neck for so long. Your ability to genuinely hear your patients makes all the difference in the world.

Despite living quite a distance from your location in Wilmington, I continue to make the drive because of the exceptional customer service provided by your team. This level of care and dedication is a shining example of outstanding customer service. You all are an amazing staff, and I sincerely hope your employer recognizes and appreciates your hard work as much as I do.

To anyone considering Agile Occupational Medicine, I highly recommend them. If Amy, Evelyn, and Dr. Matthews are still part of the team, I am even contemplating making Agile my primary physician’s office. Thank you all for your incredible care and service!

Dr. Becky is the ABSOLUTELY BEST and the whole staff.. SUPER professional demeanor and Dr. Becky is hilarious with an amazing smile and sense of humor. Not all uptight and stuffy like some physicians.

I didn't like the customer service.

Going into my First work place injury I was nervous of going to a workers comp doctor because all I hear is horror stories about how unfair they are and they just treat you like just another paycheck walking through the door. That’s NOT the case at Agile Occupational Medicine under Dr. Rebecca Wattenbarger and her whole team from the Front desk that always welcomes you with a smile and welcomes you by your first name… The Nurses who have you wait very little and are ready at the time of your appointment and by the Physical Therapist who listens and makes sure I am being heard and have a plan that I’m comfortable with. Dr. Wattenbarger has had open ears and listened to me and my concerns from the day I was first admitted til now with my upcoming surgery, she has my health and recovery as her Number ONE priority!! I am fortunate that I am being treated here and if you have this location as an option to be treated, you would be foolish not to come here !!! Everyone in this office should be happy that they are making a positive impact on people’s lives each and every day!!
