I had the pleasure of working with IMAI in a recent window replacement project. IMAI was able to accomplish what other window replacement companies were either unwilling to do or not able to. Most window replacement companies will measure the window opening and sell you a smaller window with aluminum trim all around. IMAI installed a larger window that took up the entire opening, resulting in a better view from the inside and allows more light for a brighter space. This changed the feel of the entire room for the better. Additionally, IMAI was able to add spacious windowsills where other carpenters had previously told me there wasn’t enough space and it was not possible. Overall, the craftsmanship was excellent, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. I will be doing more business with IMAI in the future.
