I wanted to share my disappointing experience with Mr. Ta regarding my house furnace. In 2019, my gas furnace, which was over 20 years old, ceased to function. Following Mr. Ta's recommendation, I opted to replace it with a new Trane gas furnace. However, to my dismay, the furnace stopped working in 2023. Mr. Ta charged me approximately $800, which included diagnosis fees, to replace a faulty inducer motor.
To my surprise, in March 2024, the new inducer motor began emitting loud rattling noises. When I reached out to Mr. Ta to address the issue of the motor failing so soon after installation, his response was dismissive. He simply stated that it was 'bad luck' and offered no further assistance or explanation. Called him again, he said he was pissed off and hung up the phone. This lack of accountability and professionalism has severely eroded my trust in his services.

Terrible management.
