Great friendly people. Interesting Dharma discussions that range from very beginner to very advanced. Nice group to meditate with for 45+ minutes. They run excellent workshops.

Boabom is a satisfying experience in incremental mastery, keeping you at your learning edge with seemingly simple additional skills accruing to complex without intellectualizing. It's very rewarding to find that you can relax, exercise, practice and be continuously challenged while simultaneously rewarded by gaining strength, flexibility, and surprising yourself with impressive sequences of movements. The instruction is consistent, kind, encouraging and rigorous. Consistency pays off. Try it, especially in light of the ability to participate without needing to be local to Boston, since the pandemic has created a robust on-line model that works even if you can't attend in person. Highly recommend.

For more than a decade I’ve been practicing this wonderful mind and body art— I feel so much more connected, both energized and relaxed each time. We always learn something new in each class, while building upon a language of movements. Our teacher is extremely patient, flexible and supportive. Highly recommend for all ages and levels of activity.

A truly wonderful way to move your body, focus and center. I get to exercise while focusing my mind. I recommend 100%
