I had a water cooler that was not working. I made a call for service and immediately a technician came out in about and hour and fix my cooler on one of the hotness days. That's what I call PROFESSIONAL customer service. Thank you once again Corporate Coffee.

I made a very generous donation pick up for Soup to Nuts Soup Kitchen in Freeport and was greeted by Elizabeth Wilkins, who was as hospitable and friendly as can be. She went above and beyond for me in any way she could. In the warehouse, I was greeted with smiles, and courtesy all around. Bryant welcomed me with a smile and a firm handshake, and George, Mauricio, and Willie all took time from their day to assist me and made me feel very welcome. Great place with great people.

Horrible customer service even with the new workers. I went to accompany my homegirl & the energy in that building & the way those customers were being treated was extremely rude & upsetting because those people are actually there for help, we're not even going to go into how slow those numbers were being called smh
