Hieline Mobility provided me with great customer service. After having issues with the power chair I purchased, they provided great service and attention. Their staff is great.

I bought my mom’s mobility chair from another dealer, but only after 6 months the motor died. After wasting 4 weeks with the repair service of the store we bought it from (whose repair service is incompetent in my opinion) I came across Hieline and made an appointment.

That was the best decision I’ve ever made. They quickly assessed that the chairs motor was the issue and was able to get us a new chair from the manufacturer. They didn’t have to go above and beyond for us but they did!!

These are true professionals and you know that unlike others who will happily take your money but offer sub par follow up when things go wrong, that Hieline offers 100% customer service.

They didn’t even ask me to give them a great review although they’d done a great job addressing our problem. That’s how I know that they are the real deal.

I highly recommend this store to anyone with their medical equipment needs.

I had a great experience with Hieline. When my husband was in rehab, they decided to discharge him before there was enough time to get a bed through medicare. Hieline helped me procure a bed and made sure it was set up and ready to go before my husband came home. When I decided to purchase a larger bed and return the rental, they worked with me when the mattress company I bought from screwed up the delivery date. Without the understanding and help with Hieline, it would have been a big mess. I will definitely use them for any future needs. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. Especially the wonderful guy who came and set up the bed.
